Hello Sir/madam,
I was a good performer and based on that my company confirmed me after 3 months probation. My company manager asked me to work like 10-12 hours and I use to work almost double of what I suppose to work. Later because of my health issues I have reduced my work but still more than what I suppose to work in a day. My manager forced me to sign performance improvement plan or leave immediately so I signed it which was for 45 days period. Within 13 days they terminated me. Now they are not giving me experience and relieving letter. Please suggest What's to do?

My uncle daughter has done love marriage , 6 years past of her marriage, now her husband is beating her, scolding ,using abusive word , her husband drinks , and also her husband is having eyes on my uncle younger daughter who is unmarried. He is going in the college of younger sister and giving threats. One month earlier he has beated my uncle daughter very badly . But after wards he said sorry and took her back. Dear Sir,
I am working with a Israely Company for the last one year. I have been confirmed by Company within three month. My Boss tells me daily to stay late whereas I am traveling 120 Km per day and spending 14 hours for the day.
I denied to stay late. He has got angry and have issued final warning letter stating that my performance and inter-personnel skill is not good. Whereas after satisfaction by my performance and interpersonal skill, company has confirmed my employment.
I request you to advise, how can I take action on company or my boss legally in court and how can get compensation after termination.

I have been terminated by bank because I signature a form of bank of customer . And I told the customer about this incident and he also gives his letter that he did not want any action against me but hr of the bank terminated me now my career is over due to that termination I am unable to get any job in banking.
Please help me sir. Suggest me if I can get any job I am in very much need.

In our society there are at least 4-5 house which take tuitions, we can understand for 4-5 students but here at least 70-80 students come on daily basis / house. In one meeting members decided to charge Rs 500/- per month to this members for excess use of lift of scty. But this member say that no one can stop them from taking tuition as it is High court decision & scty can't even charge them for same.
Does it mean that scty members has to bear excess cost of lift & electricity just becoz high court has ordered this? does it mean that this member will do whatever they want? they keep entire shoes / chappels in front of other members house shabby floor also there is noise round the clock. Please guide what to do? can't scty take any action on this?
We have a trust for a common religious temple society registered under Rajasthan Public Trust Act.The RegisterdOffice and Temple Society is at Jhunjhunu Districtt of Rajasthan. It has members from all over India. A group of people is controlling the trust and its vast assets by grabbing power seats in Elections which is mostly unfair.This time On 11-06-2016 the secretary issued notice for election of trustee Body on 06-09-2016 and mentioned explicitly that any member having paid his membership fees by 31-03-2016 shall be eligible to vote.Also this is the stipulation in Trust Deed. But to my surprise a large number of people who submitted form on 31-03-2016 and made payments in May-June-July-Aug,2016 were allowed to vote and thus again the particular group again won and now controls the trust which is genuinely belong to society community and is rich with vast resources.Upon currently objected, no specific reply is given, only vague answer are given.This has to be stopped as now the members have lost their patience. What are the legal remedy and place of remedial measure.Please advise.

Our builder is pushing to take the handover by the provision society. The BMC water supply has not yet started. He is supplying tanker water.
Please advise whether legally he can force the Manageing committee to take the handover without the Municipal corporation water.
