I am a divorcee having 16yrs old son under my custody .I am not remarried. Though lower court has ordered a monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000, and arrears amount of maintenance to be paid from the year 2005 ,my ex husband has filed in higher court and got a stay on the judgement (in 2012,case is still pending) . The high court has ordered a interim maintenance of Rs.6000 for both me & my son.
As my son is in 11th std now... I am in urgent need of money for his higher education of my son can I file a fresh petition asking for Education need.? If yes, Which court should I file.

My clint issued a cheque to his wife under an agreement to taken back all the cases against him up to 28.06.2016
inspite of six month time given to his wife she do not taken back a single case up to 2.8.2016 in mean time stop payment instruction given by my client on26.06.2016
on 22.09.2016 she prodused cheque to bank it is return back with note that stopped pmt.aggrement is that the amount of balance pmt should be deposited by breaking an FD which is under hypothicating of Bail under that cases
Now wife send notice through the adv. under 138NI pl give suggestion for my client.

My husband got offer letter from capgemini and was expected to join on 20th Oct,2016 at Chennai MIPL. But he was told that background verification is not updated and wil let him know the new joining date soon. But from then he dint receive any call or mail from the company. Also there is no reply for any calls or emails from us. How to deal with dis problem? Kindly do suggest the needful at the earliest. Because due to the joining here my husband also resigned the previous company he was working. Now he is jobless and mentally so stressed

sir, i got married in feb this year and my wife and i before marriage had a mutual understanding to have baby after 2 years , and now both my father in law and my wife want to have baby ,the father in law came to my house and shouted loudly , and they took their daughter ( wife ) with them, on same day i told my wife to get pergnancy test, they made a big issue of this also, iwant to know that they have any rights telling regarding this all, hope to get soon advice , thanks

Hi,
My sister is getting interim maintenance in 125 section for her son .
Now ,in section 24 judge has ordered an amount in continuation with any other matter if any.
Does it mean we will not get amount if we getting in 125 case.

I WAS FILED SUIT FOR PARTITION AGAINST ALL CO.-SHARES HOLDER (legal heirs)
please advice your valuable suggestion as under:-
1)I WAS FILED SUIT FOR PARTITION without prayer for cancellation of unregistered sale deed to defendants DATE OF SD SINCE 1999, BUT COME IN MY KNOWLEDGE 2015
2) Suit for partition Non-joinder of DDA as a party.
Sir please advice Suit for partition with out cancellation of sale deed maintainable or not and Non-joinder of DDA as a party.

wife deserted from matrimonial home for the past of 5 years. during divorce petition. reunion takes place. while reunion three times attempted suicide. husband filed cruelty grounds for divorce. highcourt ordered to pay travelling allowance alone while transfer of case petition. child are within the custody of father. in this stage the interim maintenance petition is allowed or not

querry regarding regarding section 138 N.I.Act
Sir my client issued a cheque to the accused and no registered A.D. has been recieved back by the complainant.. may i knw what would be the time to file a complainant in the above said circumstances when no delivery status is present on internet nor any AD is recieved by the complainant.
