My father wrote a Will (unregistered) settling some properties.
One property went to my mother after his demise.
Out of that property as per my father's Will one portion comes to me after my mother's demise.
Recently my mother executed and registered Her Will as a matter of prudence, with the same distribution of the properties as envisaged and desired by my father in his unregistered Will.
Now my Question Is:
Can now My mother Gift to Me (by a registered gift deed ) that portion of property identified to pass to me as by my father in his Will (and by my Mother in her registered Will) ?
My mother is willing to gift my porttion to me NOW by proper registerd Gift Deed,if it is possible to do so ,despite her registered Will;as anyway the Will will come into effect only after her demise.

Hello everyone,
I have applied for divorce and after several attempts of sending the summons to my husband, he attended to the court and wants me to take back to his house.
He didn't respect to the maintenance order passed by the court 2 years back and didn't pay me any amount till now.
But one of his lawyer is even trying to settle the cases by paying the amount.
Considering above two scenarios, please suggest if I can go back to my in laws house and lead my marital life.
If I need to go back to my in laws house,please suggest on the steps I need to take care.

My father got 3.65 approx decimal land in family partition on dated -1.10.1975 through local public meetings (pancnama) in writing on stamp.thereafter my father take possession on share land.after 23 years of partition my grandfather transfer my father share land to own second wife through registered gift deed .the second wife of my grandfather claims my father sheared land on the basis gift deed,they also disturb our 40 years possession but they don't get possession on claim land.our father name also mutation and get land receipt.but second wife of my grandfather also take land receipt on same land.please provide a separate section and law to clear problem solution to this question.
1. My Mother's grandfather was bought the 6.45 Acre land on 1952. In 1952 there is no FMB.
2. On 1959 survey taken and FMB sketched. On that FMB land area mentioned as 5.29 Acre.
3. Without Noticing this Difference My Grandfather and his brothers has divided the 5.29 Acre land on 1984.
4. Now my neighbor party Creating Problem, We came know that our balance land is in his area only, because other three sides are clear. 1. It was Road, 2 & 3. Are our land with perfect Documents?
5. Documents I have: Parent Document and Copy of Document recently taken From Register Office.
My Question.
1. The FMB is problem.
2. Is there any possible to recover our balance land 1.16 Acre.
