i gave a petition for directing the police to file fir under 156(3) for 420 case. but it was rejected . I had alrdy visited Local police & commisioner off also. Now after Magistrate rejected by 156(3), what Am i suposed to do now for filing FIR?>
The 420 is on having premarital sex with the consent of marriage. But later cheated.

My father(who is no more) has divided his anchestral farm lands to my mother name nearly 55 Years back and to my two brothers 11 years back and some property is still in his name our property is nearly 100 years old ancestral property we are two�brothers and�two sisters we didn't got any thing from the property
Now my mother wants to give half of her property to me how to make that one in my name what is the legal procedure to entitle property share.

I heard that after 7 yrs of marriage, wife can't file a case of 'dowry', is it correct? Has this got any relation with Sec 498a?

We were residing at Shakti Villa Bldg (PLOT A) on tenancy basis since 1974. Later in 2006 Developer agreed and promised to give me one flat on ownership basis on the same plot of the same carpet area within 1 year of the date of making agreement (notarized but not registered).
Developer has also promised and agreed to give me Rs.7500pm rent for temporary alternate accommodation.
Developer had stopped giving me rent in 2007.
Later Developer Acquired another adjacent Plot B on which Kaya Niwas Building was structured.
Then there after he gave us one flat on plot B new Jaya Niwas building after redevelopment which is not at all as per the agreement.
Now he is asking us to take away the said flat on plot B but we denied to sign on the new agreement for the said new flat on plot B as it is not at all as per agreement.
Tenancy rights are of my grandmother (age 82 years old)
Developer has submitted and got approval of various plans for merger and demerger of PLOT A & B from various authorities without taking our consent.
Developer is constructing a Hospital on plot A without taking our consent.
What is the best remedy/solution out of this case.
Which court (civil/criminal/consumer) is the best options.
and What are the Legal points to be raised before the court?

sir hamari dadalai property hai, mere dada,dadi,papa ki death ho chuki hai. hume phele hi gher se hamare chacha ne marr pettkar bhar nikal diya tha. kya hume(potto)ko share milage.to kyar karna chaiya
wo to police or gundo ki dhamki deta hai.

Now a days my bhabhi is living on rent in malvia nagar. she left the home 4 months ago. Under cwc complaint, she has filled allegations of dowry against fatherinlaw, brotherinlaw, sisterinlaw ( me ) & motherinlaw & dont know why left her husband. The only allegation against husband which she has put is Domestic violence & that too on last day when she left. Domestic violence according to her is also done by her inlaws and every family member, including me.
Now the reason why she is living in rent is might be to get big maintainence( which you people can clear more ) or else she is living in lavia nagar coz her uncle is a police officer in PS Malvia nagar. May be she wants the case to be handled by PS Malvia Nagar.
The area where crime happened according to her allegitations is our home in dwarka. Dwarka police has already registered fir under her complaint the day she left home, in that fir she has said she was beaten and then she left home.
Now case is under mediation at nanakpura, after that Fir will be filled, Will that Fir go to Police station dwarka, or malvia nagar, where my bhabhi is living on rent.

AFter repeated visits to station local AWPS, AC Office, DC Office, Commisoner Offfice, for my complaints (Cheating in the name of love & marriage & misused me & left me , denied marriage)finally I landed in court with 156(3).
Even aftr this order, Vadapalani AWPS is not filing the FIR. Their response is, "pending approval from senior officer. we ll call u back". Its almost 28 days after passing the order for 156(3) to file FIR>
What AM I supposeed to do now to file FIR>

Arrest fear
I have been harassed by my ex lover. WE brokeup mutually. But she want to take revenge on me. hence she gave complaint on me. 2 months of enquiry @ women police station. But since the inspector is not satisfied with her allegations, they said to leave this issue & dont be in touch with each other. AT the last enquiry, I was asked to write a letter stating, I will not disturb her in any mode. I wrote it & left the station. 2 months went & no police called us regding this. I thought its over & I am free. But all of a sudden 2 days back I got a call from same police station asking me to come to station. From the constable there to whom I have gud rapport, I got the information that she has approached court. And Looks like court ordered to file the case.
I was supposed to go to police station yesterday but as adviced by my parents after knowking about this, I absconded to other location. & swtichedd off my mobile number also.
Please guide me what do I need to do?
Is that kind of arrest warrant? If so, what do I need to do?
And If not arrest warrant, Can I fight for that case? I am afraid to show my presence.
