Cancellation of patta

Hi. The ancestral property of my grandfather is the one in question. After my grandfather's death , my mother's brother changed the patta entirely to his name( without my mother's written consent) and has been paying patta for more than 20yrs.
My grandmother (who stays with my mother) and my mother have been trying to make him give atleast a small portion to my mother. He has been refusing saying because he is the only male of the family the property will go to him alone.

So now , after all these years , my grandmother (80yrs plus) and my mother have applied for a Cancellation of the patta and have applied for a combined patta. The RDO has issued 4 summons to all three involved. ONLY my mother and my grandmother have come for the summons all 4 times. my mother's brother did not turn up even once.
Now the RDO is not taking any action because my mother's brother has not come atall.

Kindly tell me if what my mother is doing ( getting a combined patta) will help her atall.
What should I do if the RDO is not responding?

Please help me out.

Making passport for tenant

Hello,
I am owning a flat and rented out the same to one of the family in Mumbai. The tenant wants to apply for the passport by declaring my flat address. Earlier I denied him to do so but he has requested to allow him, he said that he is ready to prepare affidavit and put legal terms in the same.
I am not sure if I should allow him and help to get passport on basis of my flat address..

Please suggest on this matter

Registration of a Entertainment members club

I want to register a friends club with some of my business colleges and partners. Just a common place to gather, an entertainment club with basic games, food, etc. With club access limited to registered members only. Approx 15-20 registered members will be there.

I want to know the exact government authority to go for the procedure of registration and formalities to be completed. I live in Indore M.P. so if you can provide the expert name and contact for legal proceedings in my city would be best.

Rejection of the complaint filed before CJM cour.

In continuation to earlier issue and violation of Environment Protection Act and it's provisions I sent legal notice under section 19 (b) before filling complain in CJM court janjgir for taking cognizance of offense. Finally filed complain at CJM court and and few month after filling complaint filled an appeal against EC issued in National Green Tribunal Bench Bhopal to quash EC and pass further orders.

CJM court rejected my complaint under section 19 (b) of Environment Protection Act 1986 by saying that matter is not maintainable as already approached National Green Tribunal Bench Bhopal.

What remedies are available to me?

If working wife can ask share in husband's/Inlaws property?

Hello,
My question is if a working wife can ask for her share in property in case of divorce in :-

1) property(House) in name of husband but property purchased by his father in husband's name when husband was a minor. Nobody living in this house. Wife stays in different city and my house is in my hometown which is a different city.
2)Is this good to gift such property by husband to his father/mother in case working wife can ask share in this property or its good to transfer the property to parents?
3) Is there any specific time period after which any such property transfers remain void or illegal after starting of divorce case. Because till now nothing is in court only cwa cell proceedings going on.
