My mother 51year old was admitted in NIMS hospital jaipur for heart bypass surgery on 23/10/2016. She deceased on 4/11/2016. I think doctor has neglected treatment. I think so because it may be their college students operated surgery. What should I do? I am so depressed because my mother was well before surgery. Please help

I am working in Polytechnic College Jabalpur at the post of Lab.Technician. I had Joined on this post in Oct. 92 as adhoc basis(every six months 3 days break). I got regularisation order with notional fixation in Dec.2004 after decision of high court Jbp. pls read my attached application and give a guidance which is helpful for my future. notional fixation means adding all increments till 1992 but not gave any arrears of that period (12 years in my case)

Hi, I need advice on the above topic, following is the case history in brief:
Case - I am a government employee of age 54. I suffered a leg bone breakage in a bike to bike accident in 2014. owing to which I took around 120 leaves. The hospital charges were borne by my health insurance company.
I have filed a case against the insurer of the other party involved in the accident for compensation.
Present situation- My lawyer is pursuing this case from last 2 years, with no progress.
Questions
Q 1. How to arrive on a compensation amount
Q 2. Am I eligible to claim money for leaves I have taken, though it was medical leaves.
Q 3. My lawyer is asking me to accept 50k from other party insurer. saying that is the highest I can get.
Q 4. Other party insurance company is not coming to the courts on the dates and my lawyer is doing nothing about that

I have gvn my queries regarding false 498a i think before the regestration of 498a should i have given a written statement to SP of the dist.and concern police station that my wife being lawer is going to file a false 498a /other IPCs would this be taken as my evidence in the court plz help and suggest as possible
1.A letter to SP
2.A letter to Women cell
3.A letter to police station
4.wt should i have be done at that time and wt should i do now??

I was working for one Pharmaceitical company from last 9.5 years. My new big boss was not treating me a good manner and told me that he can do the do work with my absence more than 5 times.During my work period also, he used to demoralized me. So i got a job insecurity as i could not do anything with HR as one of our colleague left the organisation by saying his name but there was no action from HR side. He came 1.5 year back and almost 15 members in a team left the organisation. During this time, i got a offer letter from other company and asked me to join in 1month time.As i got a insecurity in my job, i accepted one month time for new company. I put resignation in system by saying 1 month notice period, but my company needs 3 months notice period. I requested my immediate boss to relieve me in 1 month time, he accepted but my Big boss was not accepted. I requested my big boss twice but he was not considered. I approached HR team and asked them to help. They also told me that i need to get the approval from big boss. Once again i approached my HR team by saying my big boss was not accepting. As a part of my responsibility, assigned job was completed and handed over the work to team members. Though he was not accepted my early releiving. I was in a situation that old company was not leaving and new company was asking to come. Eventhough, i asked for 1 month relieving in resignation time, i served for 42 days to complete the handover part. From Day first i have communicated through mail that i will pay notice period salary. I clealy sent the mail to my heads and HR team that my responsibilities were completed and moving out as there was no response from both the ends. New company has taken me without relieving letter as i told them the present situation.Now i have another 17 days to complete 3 months of notice period and worked for old company for 42 days. I got the news from my home that old company HR has sent the letter 1 day back to my home but my family was refused to take the letter and returned back. Now i need to get 9.5 yrs Gratutity from old organisation. Will they take the legal action on me. I have all mail communications with me which i have sent to HR and my Heads. I think, they are trying to file absonding notice.I have clearly told my heads and HR team that iam ready to pay 48 days notice period salary.i have almost 12 days leaves on prorata basis. Please suggest.

I have a query. Back in 2008 I was consuming alcohol in public place in Kolkata. Suddenly police caught me, but they didn't take me to hospital for medical check up, on the contrary they took me to Police Station. I was asked to hand over my wallet, watch and then I was put behind bars. After 2 hrs a person(Later came to know that he was a lawyer) came. Asked me to come out. Wrote my name and address, asked me to sign a few forms and then fingerprinted me. After that asked me to give them Rs. 500 which I did. Due to moral fear I shared this incident with nobody. Since then I have received no communication from anybody. Neither any court nor any police station ever contacted me. During surfing internet I came to know that such cases come under the purview of IPC Sec 268. But I have no document, nothing at all. Even have no idea with which section they have charged me, neither I was produced to court nor I received any summon in the last 8 yrs.
After working in MNCs for more than half a decade I'm planning to appear in UPSC.
Please tell me is this going to be a problem? I don't intend to hide anything but the problem is I have no document with me to validate any details, I don't even know whether a case was lodged or not.
During that two hours only they put me behind bar, then took signature of forms, took fingerprints, took Rs. 500 and then asked me to go.
How should I take it? Am I going to face any problem if I omit it while filling up govt. service jobs?

My cousin is fighting a child custody case. [ No Divorce petition no RCR. ] Right now he is not allowed to meeet his daughter since so many months.
He had already applied for Interim relief for access of child which he was having earlier. [ 2 Days a week, 8 hrs per day ]
Today in Lok adalat his wife proposed that she will allow 2 days in a month, which he disagreed. So Lok Adalat counselors pressured him a lot to agree saying that court will pass interim relief only this much.But he didn't agreed.
Now the question is if courts pass such order as interim relief, can he challenge interim order for visitation to high court ? (He was regularly bringing child twice a week and he has enough proof for that.)
He is afraid of because how to challenge the interim order ?
Also counselor said that court will order to meet in court premises whereas earlier he was bringing her daughter to his home.
So just want to know can interim orders ( till the case is pending for final settlement / order) be challenged ?
Can it preyed for review once again to Family court Judge and at the same time Appeal to High court ?

Passport - Criminal law
My friend had applied passport one year back with help of agent who gave fake birth certificate (1989) . As passport officer was not happy with the document , he given another appointment to submit proper documents as the birth certificate was hand written. Now the application is automatically closed after one year. My friend want to correct his SSLC marks card and re apply for passport with all correct documents (1987). But there will be change in place and birth date n year in correct date of birth certificate. Even though the first application is closed , can he re apply with new original date of birth certificate (1987 born and registered one day after date of birth) genuine document. To avoid criminal case what precautions can be taken n get the required passport. Please advise
