Hi, me and my mother are residents of Delhi.& my father went missing last 14 years
We had filed complaint police station for missing person.
How do i get a death certificate issued for my missing father. also want to know if death certificate will be issued in where
Does Delhi police has any role in getting death certificate issued.
Please assist...

Hello Sir,
Me and wife are salaried employee.We bought a flat in joint name ( myself and wife) for 83 lakhs by getting a loan of 60 lakhs for remaining 23 lakhs , 15 lakhs was given by my mother from her provident fund and 8 lakhs from my wife and my savings.
The mistake i made is that i asked my mother to pay 15 lakhs by cheque directly to builder from her account,instead of first transferring it to my account .
Now due to this 15 lks transaction will my property become benami as per the new benami act 2016 .Please help me on the same.

Dear Sir,
I have query for Change of name in earning head under salary structure. The Salary structure is comprises of different heads and some of are statutorily compulsory like Basic, Sp. Allowances, and HRA.
My query is if the Sp. Allowance is included in Salary structure only for adjustment of salary and it is not directly linked to any statutory calculations. Then can we change its name to some other like compensatory allowance or other allowance.
If we change this name, will it be attract attention of Schedule IV of ID act under Change in Service condition?

Sir,
If employer (a PSE) has suspended employee for reasons like,
(1) for filing PIL for interest of company to setting right its functioning
(2) for doing police complaint against other corrupt officials
(3) for doing court case against other corrupt officials
(4) for exposing other employees with evidences to public portal
(5) for applying RTIs
(6) for using office computer, stationary etc. alleged for personal use
(7) for alleged absence from duty without information
In above situation, can the said employee get justice from High court?
or what are other alternate remedies?
Experts, Please, suggest.

In a 498a case on-going(trial)
no prosecution witness except LW1/PW1; PW2/LW2 and LW9/PW9 (IO/CI) were present
remaining prosecution witness (LW3,4,5,6,7,8) were absent in the first instance
now the State(Police) in this instnat case filed recall petition
Query
how many times a recall petition can be filed for prosecution witness who were absent continously after giving 3 chances in the first instance

Sir, my brother was appointed as probationary officer at rewa district, madhya pradesh in allahabad bank on july 11th 2016. He was found dead in his rented flat on November 1st at 11 am. This is a case of harassment and murder but we were not in a condition to file a case over there when my father went to get the dead body. The police made a UD case of it and we want to file a case. What is tge procedure to file the case and we are afraid that the investigation will be manipulated over there. We are resident of patna, bihar. Is it possible to transfer the case to patna from rewa?

Dear Sirs, we have property in New Delhi DDA market and my father is missing since fourteen years. We are no brothers and sisters and The original owner of this property was your great grand father who made a register will in court there of in favour of my father. and after my father missing. And I have complaint in police station.
(1) How to transfer property in my mother name.
(2) Then please advise whether she can make a One time WILL in my name for the said property ?
(3 Does my aunts have any right in claiming the this property?
(4) Can I give property on rent to anybody?
