Dear sir ,
I like to state that I am residing in my great grand father's property for more.than 80 years and my grand mother was my great grand father 's daughter now the legal heirs of my great grandfather has sold the property to a third party without any intimation to us and they claim that my grand mother was a tenant.and I have no rights in the property but it is totally false.as it is known to the entire neighbourhood that my grand mother had purchased the property from them and they cunningly did not transfer the property in my grand mothers name and all the deal.was.done.verbally
But know the new owner has given me a notice to vacat the property as I have no legal right in the property
The new owner even called the police and I was taken to the police station where I was threaten by the officer to vacat the land or else I will be put to jail for trespassing in another persons property the new owner even filed a case under section 144 crpc in the SDM court stating that I am digging the land and trespassing in his property sir I am to totally harassed
I cannot leave my house as I love my house very much and I will die if I have to live my house sir what are my legal rights and can I be dispossessed from the.house by the new owner even the neighbourhood peoples are there to help me
Sir the new owner was s trying to demolish the house but it was stopped by me with the help.of my relatives

Hi,
I am in a dire strait, please do help-i made a mistake in my boss'name while submitting online Title verification form for RNI. What should i do now? the magazine will be in his name as individual, not in company's name. I caught the mistake soon as it was printed so hasn't forwarded it to the DM.can it be submitted afresh with exactly the same details except of course the corrected name?

Hello Experts,
I'm facing a 376 in the sessions court. The matter is not on the board.And its been 1 and 1/2 year since the FIR, yet no forensic lab report is received. My query is: The case was just to draw money from me. She has alleged that I did it six months back(from the date of FIR). No true and strong evidences are there. Now, if the matter comes on the board and the forensic lab report is not yet available, will the matter proceed?

1. land agreement was made in 1974 and it fulfil in 1994 is it valid agreement or not
2. the same above was in spite of registration they made name change at Revenue Divisional Office through "namuna 13 (B)"certificate is it valid or not

My wife, continous threatens to commit suicide. She underwent treatment for psyciatric problems but refused to take further treatment. She keeps screaming throughout the day making my life impossible. I have spoken to her family members, they are refusing to help. What are thr remedies that I have under the law.

1. Whether the abolition and conversion into Ryotwari Land under section.11 r.w.sec.8(1) of Minor inam abolition Act 1963 of Enfranchised service Inam lands given to Village Officers ( Maniyam, Karnam, Thalayari, Thotti) is quit proper or Not?
2. Patta Issued to the persons, who were in possession and who were not the village officers, under section.11 r.w.sec.8(1) of Minor inam abolition and conversion into Ryotwari Land Act 1963 to the Enfranchised service Inam lands given to Village Officers ( Maniyam, Karnam, Thalayari, Thotti) is quit proper or Not?
3. According to the Rule.19 of Minor inams abolition and conversion into Ryotwari) Rules 1965, the enquiry Under Sec. 21 of Minor inams abolition and conversion into Ryotwari) Act 1963, on the Abolition and conversion into Ryotwari of Enfranchised service Inam lands given to Village Officers ( Maniyam, Karnam, Thalayari, Thotti) should made by the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer. But without any enquiry of RDO, Patta issued under section.11 r.w.sec.8(1) of Minor inam abolition Act 1963 by the settlement Tahsildhar to the persons, who are in possession and were not the village Officers is quit proper or not?
4.If Patta issued on the enfranchised service Inam lands under section.11 r.w.sec.8(1) of Minor inam abolition Act 1963 by the settlement Tahsildhar to the persons, who were in possession and were not the village Officers is not proper, Whether it can be challenge the above orde of Settlement Tahsildhar in 1967.

I have a query regarding the property of my grandfather who died in the year 1983 without making any will. My grandfather had 4 sons and a daughter who got married in the year 1948 and expired in the year 2015.
As per Hindu succession act 2005 what is her right in the property of her father. She has already put her name in the property register along-with her 4 brothers. Now the property is for sale and brothers wants to delete her name as per the Hindu succession act 2005. What is the procedure. can we go ahead and sale the property without giving her share to her successor son/ daughter.please give ur opinion.
