Dear Sir,
I went to talk my girlfriend's father drunken at odd hours. He called the police and 7/51 was lodge against me. I have attended 2 dates. I was told that with my good behavior things would be alright in 6 months. But suddenly section 354 D was imposed against me on the ground of the same old complain.
I want to highlight few point
a)father is complainant...(b)Girl did not turn up for record of the statement, neither she signed the document of statement when lady constable and IO visited her house.
I couldn't understand that what happened suddenly. I was not following her since the incident happened.
Please let me know, what if girl may never come for statement or what if she record her statement against me (under family pressure)..? I have never been into this business and preparing for civil services...thanking you

mortgage decree. execution petition filed by decree holder. third party preferred a claim petition as he is a bonafide purchaser of the property. decree holder took contention that claim petition will not lie u/o 21 rule 58.
what is the exact provision for maintaining a claim petition?

A petitioner has noted wrong date on the Original petition, an application to permit to appoint advocate, vakilatnama, address pursis and list of documents during filing of suit. The court registrar has taken affidavit of petitioner and registered the suit without checking the date and the court has granted the permission to appoint advocate without checking the date. The matter is on mediation and petitioner's evidence.
I am from respondent side. What should I do if I want to dismiss the suit?

Sir please help me ..mere friend ki marriage 2016 me huyi h but marriage me ladke ki age 18 year thi and ladki ki age 24 year ....
Marriage act k according ladke ki age 21 year nhi thi .
To kya vah ladki kabhi govt job nhi lag skti becoz uski marriage legal nhi h ..

My wife had very bad past life and she was very impacted ......
1)child abuse
2)lover refuse to marry after 5 year
3)engagement also broken in 3 month
4)in married life with me is also on peak on matrimonial dispute ........
All thing shared in first night but as per social status I try to save marriage .........after 3 month she got pregnent and go to her parient house approx25month is over she has apply wrong allegation on me ......I had file rcr section 9 ......approx one year lapse of rcr and pending in transfer operation in sc.......as I know she has not file any case on me but she write down in transfer petation all allegation on me ......what I do such case .........
Can I write down these true fact in defending of transfer petation..........
So that I can use this ground ......when she file 498a after transfer the case ......

I am Ashok. Am studied in a engineering college 2015 passed out. I got selected in one company through my college on campus drive,and gave me the offer letter. But the company is not placed in a specified address. After a few months a website also blocked. If I ask to my placement sir,there is no response. I had lot of stressed. I don't know what to do. Can you help me to handle this problem.

My wife submitted 3 bills of hotel in court in my ongoing divorce case to claim money from me but, the fact is she didn't stayed at that hotel. It is known fact to me that the owner of the hotel is there family friend so, she managed those bills and he won't favour us. However I will work hard to dig out evidences that she didn't stayed there. So, is it an offence on both of them ? Please tell sections

We and our cousin resides in an old ancestral joint house. In the common courtyard of the house there are a septic tank constructed which effluent sewerage dirty water with acute smell. Every time my cousin used their bathroom, their septic tank outflow very dirty ( i cant prove here) and unbearable smell. Several times since last year we strongly opposed this culprit work but sometime they revert with their brother and police to lodge me in fake cases.
I AM ALSO PRACTICING ADVOCATE OF TAXATION, besides I am also have interest in criminal laws.
but ....as the doctor are not take self prescription, I am not at point what action should I take at once so that this problem may be solve.
1) whether I have to send him a criminal legal notice to remove this nuisance..
2) or I have to file a complaint in magistrate court
3) WHETHER WE CAN GO TO COURT TO GET INJUNCTION AND SEALED THAT BATHROOM N SEPTIC TANK.
