My client's sister filed a partition suit against my client & 3 other defendants. Since the plaintiff did not take steps to serve summons, suit against my client alone was dismissed. Suit is continuing against the other defendants. Now my client wants to file counter claim in the above case now. What is the procedure

Sir my husband taken a 4.5 lacs personal loan from hdfc. Loan tenure for 4 yrs. In that, 1.5 yrs me repay the loan amount. But from last 1.5 yrs he dont have any job or dont have any income source. Now bank send a email to repay the loan amount in 7 days. So in that condition what happen with us and in that condition what to do? Please guide us. We both are so much tensed. But really we dont have any income source.

i have entered into a service bond of 1 lac for 2 years in Aug 2016 in XYZ company Patna, given it on Rs 1000 stamp paper. Since after working for approx 1.5 month i have decided to quit the job/organisation due to following reasons- delay in Salary payment process, mental harassment (transferred thrice in a month, no amount was paid by company for household shifting), No TA/DA for marketing job- have to pay from my pocket, negligible future growth and my health reason (suffering from pleural effusion).
I have left the organisation without giving any notice in the month of Oct due to above foresaid reason now the company has send me the notice in order to deposit Rs 1 lac amount. is there any way to come out of such bond. since it is a matter of my future I can’t see it spoiling like this. Please advice.

Hi I am the wife of the deceased.
There is a secured loan without any life insurance.
The loan account has turned into a NPA
There is an interest + penalty ( 90000+12000) on the pending loan amount of 550000.
Bank is after me to pay it up or regularize the loan by paying the interest else they are preparing to take my house ( loan security)
They are not agreeing to reduce a single rupee .
I am the co applicant.
Please suggest

I am a employee of V-MART RETAIL LTD.,Raxaul (BIHAR)as a sales man since 22-04-2016 . In my appointment letter a collum is narrated as terms and condition ,"You are expected to devote your time & efforts to the business of the company and work for the required number of hours in a day /week/month as applicable in terms of local state laws."
According to the above terms & condition the company is taking a duty of ten hours per day till this date from beginning and now compelling me to do work for twelve hours per day without any over time payment . Company pay me a salary of Rs:4,500.00 per month .
I want to know (1) What is a minimum salary of a staff like me ? (2) Can a Company compel a staff to do work above eight hours without overtime payment ? (3) What should I do in above conditions with legal way ?

CAN ONE PAY INTERIM MAINTENANCE UNDER COURT PROTEST UNDER HMA LAW HERE PROTEST MEANS CUSTODY OF COURT SO THAT WIFE DOESNT TAKE OUT MONEY TILL THE FINAL ORDER THIS WILL SAVE LOTS OF DIVORCES AND WOMEN AND INLAWS WILL THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE FILING FALSE DIVORCE CASE AGAINST HUSBAND

Hello Sir,
1)Plentiff filed suit for Specific Performance in civil court.
2)Court ordered money decree in favour of Plentiff.
3)Plentiff preferred appeal in High Court.
4)Defendent got notice and appeared through lawyer in high court.
5)During hearing, due to change in rule below 1 Cr. matter got transferred to District court, without any order in matter.
5)All the process took 3 years from judgement.
6)Defendent appeared before ADJ.
7)50 days after appearence defendent gave Application to declare him Insolvent(pending for arguement and order).
Now, What are the options for Plentiff to get relief.
Please Guide.

Process to purchase my grandfather land
Sir myself vijay I submit that govt given some land to my grandfather as gift with conditions not to sold or lease any other for a period of 10 years. Recently gfather passed away
And the property was not registered in the name of my g mother. Now they are facing money problems. So I am planning to purchase some part of open plot on notary is it valid. Pls guide me
