Also Where should i get there documents Registered?

sir my grand father purchaseed a property in 1928.he died in 1959.he have 4 sons and four daughters.my mother is one of the daughter.my grand father and all legal hirers lived in malaysia except my mother and one one daughter.the property is in tamilnadu. after my grandfathers death the all heires diveded in oral.the prorerty in tamilnadu goes to one of mu uncle.he came here and once again oral partioned by cosharers.after the partion by coshares they resurvey the property and change uncles name in revenue records and enjoying the property from 1972 on wards.now in 2010 i can purchse the property.before i purchased i inform living legalhirers of my grandfather.my mother died in 1977.now on of my own brother son go to the court in 2015 and file partion suit and also pray the sale deed between my uncle and my self.if the suit is valid

My family has been living in a Pagdi property for 60 years. It is a two storey villa in Bandra, Mumbai. We occupy the downstairs.
I want to know how do I assess what is that correct price to charge for the sale of pagdi to the buyer?
Can someone please guide me?

Respected experts, Maintenance allotted in dv case for me and my son 2 months back. Respondent is neither paying maintenance regularly nor clearing arrears. My council told we can not pressurize respondent to pay just by u/s 20 of Dv act and so he is telling me to file another case u/s 30. My query- Is it necessary to file that case and will that be helpful for me to get regular maintenance?

I am Priyabrata Jena take a education loan from UCO Bank,Banarpal,Odisha on the date 30/9/2012 amount 3,30,000 .The amount repayment time starts on 30/9/2016 .completion of my b.tech on the year 2015.
due to the preparation for Govt.job,unemployment & my family income is less than 2.5 lakhs .due to which I can't repay the EMI & It is impossible for me .The bank call me say continue repaying .when I say the problem they said deposit the EMI otherwise your account is NPA & your career is hampered due to the CIVIL case.
When I say please increase my repayment time for 7 to 8 month's, they don't hear my matter. they said please see the RBI guidelines.
1) Please suggest me what is the RBI guidelines for my case to increase the repayment time?
2)due to the civil case any hamper to my career for Govt. Job ?
3)How I relief from this situation?

Appeal to be done to drat by bank
This query is pertaining to SARFAESI Act.
When the Bank takes action under Section 13(4) nd aggrieved by this borrower approaches DRT. On this application DRT passes any order in favour of Borrower.
Against this Order whether Bank can file an appeal to DRAT ?
Does the Bank will be required to pre-deposit 50% of the amount Claimed in this particular situation?
