Negligence in duty by public servant
I ahd put this query a few months back and was advised to send notiece for this section aognwith other sections
This was regarding high voltage supplied by electricity utility inGhaziabad and espite making several complaints to top management andstate govenment directions the area ex en does not correct it but sends false compiance report. This isgoing on since last 1yea andinsteadof supplying voltage at 230V+-6% as in electicity supply code of UP, voltage form 242 to 270 V ( in night) is being supplied. Though topmanagemnt sends instrcution thisoffcier does not take action and fabricatesreport and closes it
No action against him is taken by top management also.
There is rampant ccorruption and complescence of highest authorties withcuh people.
So question is can this ection be applied to instant case and reprot filed to
1. Polcie or magistrate
2. Is it hindred by section 197 Cr PC about public servant prior approval required? The ecectricity bord guys are state govt servants before the compnaies were formed.
3. Wheter such neglkigence of igh voiltage supply which is threat to equipm,ent life and property is made out?

My wife filed a DV case under section 19,20,22 & 23 of DV.act.
after 1year and 7 month the petitioner could not place the evidences in several dates and the court dismissed the case in my favor. Do I have any right to take any action against the false case??

I purchased flat 6 year back in 2010 & did the sale deed on 2-Jan-2010. But now in this year, during transferring loan to other bank it is found that on first page of sale deed document ,there is typo mistake where year is wrongly written execution date as 2-Jan-2009 instead of 2-Jan 2010. In index II execution date is correct which is 2-Jan-2010. But when I applied for correction deed in registrar office registrar officer told me that this correction deed will not execute for execution date. I want to know is it correct answer of registrar officer. What will be the possible solution for such cases.

Dear Experts,
I bought a property in 2003 on cash payment of Rs xxxxx though sale deed. This sum was payed through personal savings accrued over time( 2-3 years) from withdrawls from bank which were kept at home. Now Income Tax has asked to prove source of fund of this property. My IT return for assessment year 2004-05 too reflects that i had an income from salary much more than the amount for which i bought the property and i had a bank balance more than xxxxx purchase price at the time of buying property.
Please guide how to answer the query from income tax.

I'm proposing to purchase flat at vasai east in recently constructed building of 5 floors. Freinds has suggested me to verify necessary documents before completing the deal with builder, as that area belongs to load bearing area. So please suggest me which documents to be checked or verified with local authorities, as many of people has suffered from the frauds of builders. So please advice me.

Can a third floor be constructed in rohini, delhi area without permission from other floor owners? I am the owner of second floor with roof right.
What permissions, if any, would be required?
