Dear Sir I have selected for teacher primary in govt job.mere or family members k name se 2009 me ek fir 323/324/34ipc506 hui .cout ne hame Bari kar dia kyoKi complainant turn hostile and not supported case.when my attestation form came I tick as no in colum of have you ever been arrest. When police came to my house then told me that you have been arrested in2009 and acquitted in 2015 .i have visited the authority and told about my this mistake.i have ticked as no because I think if case is closed by in favour of us then there is no record and ask him to wrote a application .staff member said to me if you are in a minor offence no need of application and no problem in joining process.after some days my varification reached to the authority and send a letter to me have you ever been arrested ticked as no a question leds to cancelling of fact. Hence you have to directly forward your acquittal order and fir for further course of action. Is there a big problem for me.

Dear sir,
I have bought a site in Bangalore in a layout developed by BDA, initially they had marked the site in a particular location, but now the BDA engineer is saying that the site is shifted by around 40 feet ...But there is no change in the actual layout plan by BDA, the engineer is doing this to do a favour to another site holder . Please advise how I can fight this legally. Thanks

Dear sir Mere pe phale 125 ka case hua usme mujhe vedadi lane ka order hua jab lane gya to mere sasur ne lane nhi diya fir usne 498a ka jhuta case court me kr diya usme mujhe notice aaya hai ab btaiye mujhe kya krna chaiye ab to mujhe bail krwani pregi kya or kyse bell milegi mujhe plz sir reply mai bhut presan hu meri ijaj karab ho rahi hai ab mujhe kya krna hoga ki mujhe or mere family ko bail mil jaay or mai kya ab divorce file kr sakta hu kya

Respected Experts,
My ex wife has given cross examination in family court but she has given the wrong & lie information to the another court of DV that SHE IS ILL and unable to attend the court.
Now My question:-
1. Weather it is crime under section 177IPC?
2. Weather it is permissible on IPC 177?
3. How to prosecute this crime?
Please guide me & help me on this matter

Under 33 (7) of DCR, once an old tenant gets Permanent Alternate Accommodation in the redeveloped building on "Ownership" basis by surrendering his Tenancy Rights and becomes a member of the Co-op. Hsg. Society, while conveying the land to the Society, whether by Deed of Conveyance, if freehold land, or by Deed of Assignment, if BMC land in Mumbai city, who is supposed to bear the costs of conveyance as to the Stamp Duty/Registration charges and adjudication of the same, till the land is duly conveyed to the Society ?

My Father Recently Expired on May 2016. My Grand Father Owns site since 1973. And My Father Grand Father owns site since 1970. In order to share the property among my and my Uncles. My Uncle Taken Family Membership certificate for my Grand Father. We take Family Membership Certificate for my Father. But in my Grand Father family membership certificate(FMC) my father name not in the list of family members.my uncle taken the FMC after my father`s death. I have doubt whether my mother and my and brother have any right in the property. we have only xerox copies of sites.my uncle have orginals. sir,my Father grand father has 3 sons and no one has objection regarding distribution of site to my grand father. my grand father expired on june2013. in my father FMC my grand mother name in the list of family members.My grand father has 4 sons. my father is 2nd son.my grand father has 1 daughter. sir, i want to know the Following :
1)what are the documents required for partition.
2) my Father name is not appeared in the FMC of my Grand Father. it is taken after my father`s death. Is there any Problem.
3)Whether My mother and we Have any Right in the Property.
Please guide me sir.

MY SISTER'S HUSBAND FILED A SUITE AGAINST MY SISTER TO TAKE DIVORCE ON THE BASIS OF 2 YEARS NOT LIVING WITH HIM N MY SISTER WANT TO LIVE WITH HIM N HIS PARENTS ENCOURAGE TO TAKE IT N ALSO THEY R RESTRICTED TO LIVE TOGETHER .
COURT HAS ISSUE A NOTICE (FIRST) TO ATTEND COURT ON 19.12.2016 N SUBSEQUENTLY IT IS POSTPONED TO 29.12.2016.

Misuse of judgment

Auctioning a chitty was to close the loan availed from the ticket by a circular there is a certain law of closing the loan account within 30 days with prize money the opposite party by a legal reply inform loan closed
There was a second loan from a non prized ticket balance in prize was sufficient to close the loan account Op didn't but adjusted the amount towards the future liabilities where there were no installment dues the matter was disputed Op submitted a false affidavit (C D R F)my complaint dismissed up to national level OK,forget
There were no direction of collecting payment from me in the order on dismissal Op collected the loan amount with interest it was a closed account as per their legal reply is it the right way ,misuse? can i proceed? where?
