The exparte arbitral award was pronounced in Jan 2013 and execution petition was filed by the decree Holder(Mahindra and Mahindra financial services Ltd) in Feb 2016.what about the limitation period in this case? Is it time barred? I represent the side of judgement debtor.

hello, My parents approached Senior Citizen Forum in Karnataka to seek relief from torture and harassment from their son and daughter in law who stay with my parents. The house is self acquired property of my father. The forum has given order in favour of my parents and directed the son and daughter in law to vacate the house in a weeks time. Subsequently the daughter filed complaint before JMFC under DV Act against my parents and her husband and got interim stay not to evict her and dispossess the property. The matter is pending. Now my parents approached senior citizen forum to execute the order. Now my question is whether my parents can ask forum to evict only the son from the self acquired property of my father as there is stay on daughter in law? pls enlighten me with some citation. Your great advise will surely help senior citizens.

Can any advocate be a a non executive Director of a public limited company?

Sir my grandfather gave a gift deed to my father and after 16 yrs my father expired and recently before 6 months my grandfather also expired.Now how can we change the property name,bills name,property tax names to my mother's name.Can you please explain the procedure.

does ipc506,448,379 signifies to moral turpitude? i m state govt teacher n recently a fir has been registered with ipcs 448,379,506..now it is under investigation and chargesheet has not been submitted convicting me.i fear that can it cause suspension if informed to my department as a matter of moral turpitude?
please help n suggest

can we refuse to accept the court summons.
can experts guide us what will happen, if someone come to give summons in civil or criminal case, and we refuse to accept the summons.

My cousin is a dance choreographer. One of his students paid the fess to him. but after fewdays he stops the training and ask for the return of fees . when he refused to giving the money back her parents they sabotage and and threaten . my cousin goes to the police sstation and comlaint in written. polcie officers called the oppositers. and said the both to come at evening.
at evening, when my cousin went to police station he had been beaten badly by police officers and dont even register our Fir and falssely allleged my cousin for 504, 506(2) and still call him at every altenate day for interogation and behave brutually,,,
We complaint the commissionerbut no appropriate actions is still taken
and the chargeshet is not filed yet by officers
what should we do? please suggest???
can we file quashing under 482 of crpc? or under article 226?

university has approved appointment of I/C principal who does not posses PhD degree.
there are two maharashtra GRs and one bombay high court judgement stating PhD must for i/c principal
can i register FIR?
