If a cheque issued by the holder stopped payment saying that the advance cheque given to the party for the supply of material. But the drawer supplied material to another party , then the holder is liable for the payment.
The holder stopped payment of drawer because of non supply of material. Then in this case NI Act applies.

My neighbour have 20 hens in their home . These hens come to my home and damaging my sorroundings by digging and scatters soil complete area . i personally complained to owner but no action is taking . they says hens fly to our area so cant do anything from flying .
i made these hens to run by throwing stones. still even same process contiues.
any legal way to make owner responsible for damage or any notice in warning can be given ?

I am a resident of Telangana State and belong to BC-E caste. I also possess BC-E certificate issued under government of Telangana.When I applied for OBC certificate in our town's mandal office they rejected my application saying that they dont have any authority to issue OBC certificate and candidate who is already in possession of BC-E certificate cannot possess OBC certificate.Recently I was selected for a central government job interview but I didn't attend the interview as I had no OBC certificate.However I have not lost the hope and preparing to write the exam again.In my family there is no educated person to help me with this.Please suggest me what should I do?

Salary is not giving me
Hi sir NextBit Computing Pvt Ltd this company I joined SEP 14 to July 31 but they are 5 months internship program I joined after completion of internship they didn't pay the salary only 2 months salary only paid remaining 3 months salary they didn't paying to me every month I'm asking to them that company have 3 Directors I'm followup every week but one is saying to ask another one another one saying to ask another one still 6 months completed there is no money . Sometimes I'm asking seriously they are scolding me actually this company shares with spectra innovation India Pvt Ltd company boath are playing me and not giving ,3 months salary sir please suggest me to how to proceed 6 months over but I'm not getting money.
