What is the procedure for registering a will, is it necessary that the person making a will to be appear before sub-register to getting a will registered
Sir, my wife is in a central govt service (autonomous body). At the time of ccl she has done D.Ed course (regular but gone for examination only, attendance has been done by the college. Universities outside delhi provides education like this.). She did not taken approval at that time. She also cleared the Ctet which is mandatory now a days. Now, she applied for the post of teacher in central govt and the exam is going within few days. She has NPS account through this employer also she has CGHS facilities. If she will be appointed then what will happen and she also thinking about taking ex- post facto approval from the present employer so that in future she will be safe.
Will they accept her qualification and did not punish her. And if they punish her then she is able to apply for the post of teacher in future or not?
My grandfather bought shop in pagdi system 50 years ago after my grandfather expired my father is managing the shop ,recently landlord falsely tried to evict us on ground of weak building and non payment of rent dues , but we submitted the proof of the same in court the hearing is going on in court,now our old business is down so we decided to start new business in the same shop with different name ,will it cause any trouble in proceeding in the court due to this? our old business is bookstores now want to start computer center in new name so request experts to guide us in this issue.Thanks in advance
I AM A RESIDENT OF A RECENTLY FORMED CHSL. HAD TAKEN PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF THE FLAT FROM THE BUILDER 3 YRS AGO BEFORE OBTAINING THE OC. THE BUILDER DID NOT ISSUED ME POSSESSION LETTER BCOX HE DID NOT HAD THE OC. NOW HE IS CLAIMING THAT I AM STAYING ILLEGALLY. HE IS TAKING REVENGE BCOZ I HAD LODGED A POLICE COMPLAINT AGINST THE WATCHMAN 3 YRS AGO. THE SOCIETY IS NOT GIVING RECEIPT FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND INSISTING FOR A POSSESSION LETTER. THEY ARE NOT ISSUING A SHARE CERTIFICATE AND NOC TO RENT THE FLAT.

Respected All....I joined Income tax department in Feb 2014 and after completing 6 months I took 3 moths extraordinary leavs with the prior permission of Commissioner Income tax.At the time of promotion I was not given protion although I was top in list..The reason was told that I had not submitted medical ....Although I had medical certificate that time but my account person asked me as you had taken Commissioner's permission so no need to submit medical.....Sir please guide me is it current
This is to notify that I have not received my MBA final year mark sheet from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, Tamil Nadu.
I have called the university many times. They are saying that they have due pending from the center and they cannot issue my Mark sheet because of that. Center(Ananya Institute Mahavir Enclave, Delhi No. B455, Street No. 30, Part 2, Mahavir Enclave, Delhi - 110045
Landmark: NEAR Dwarka Sector 2 Power House) is saying that they don't have any due from there end. I have completed my MBA in 2015 but still not received the mark sheet please do the needful as I don't know why university is not ready to issue my mark sheet if center has any due university should clear that with the center and should not create problem for students its some thing between university and center.

It has been more than one year that order has been passed by national commission to refund my money with interest. But the company is not complying with the orders. In the orders, direction was only to refund the money but no time limit was given.
Please advise.
I'm a female,working as a Science teacher for 5+ yrs in a delhi administration government school.i'm confirmed in my job.
each year teachers are ordered by edu. department to take classes in winter and summer vacations.
they have no personal life.this has made the teacher community very upset.
now atleast 2 teachers in our school are supposed to prepare time table of themselves and other teachers during holidays,ie,for the no. of days each teacher will to take classes.
both the teachers are good friends with our vice principal who trusts them a lot and supports them too.she has the habit of only listening to their side of the story.
now both teachers made time table in such a way that their own group (friends)of teachers are coming only for 2-3 days in vacations while other teachers have to come for more than 5 days.
i had requested them many times earlier to let me know the time table but they hid it.
now when holidays are starting in one day,they gave it to me immediately for signing and are not ready to reduce my days,saying that it had already been sent to directorate of education and no change can be made now.
when i complained to principal,she shouted publically and defended them by saying she made it and if i have objections,i should give in writing that i cant come for so many days.
every year these teachers make an unfair,unjust time table and always give very few days of work to themselves and their own group.
my principal even says that if i dont come for so many days,i should also arrange another teacher who will work on my behalf.otherwise i shall be given a memo.
now what can i do so that this unfair practice stops forever?
1. is it my duty to arrange another teacher from my school who would like to teacher on my behalf?what if other teachers refuse?because nobody is happy working in holidays.
2. if i am given a memo for not working for the full no. of days,what reply should i give so that these people never repeat this injustice again from the next year onwards?
please guide me.i want a diplomatic yet bold action from my side so that they realise they cant take me for a ride each year.
please dont ask me to compromise again this year on this issue because i did so last year also and this has made them more gutsy.
In my DV case my wife got interim maintenance showing that she was incapable of doing any work and I am paying maintenance since last 3 years without any progress in trail.
Recently I found out that my wife is doing job since last 1.5 years.
What I can do to stop maintenance with these changes in circumstance?
