1.Still bank will accept the Non CTS cheque(In 2016).
2.Mr,X having non CTS cheque now he is blackmailing more money after paid more also ? making that he will bounce cheque by another person from different place to bank.Question is validity of non CTS cheque. (10 years old and without date )
3.Please Help me on this Matter how to handle.

Good Evening. Happy New Year. By virtue of of giving effect to the order of the Apex Court in the case of NR Parmar (2012), the seniority of the officials in the incometax department was reshuffled. While fixing the inter=se seniority between the Direct recruits and promotees, the DRs have been given preference and fixed the seniority from the date of requisition made by the Department to the recruiting agency. The decision is rendered in 2012 and it was not mentioned in the order that it is retrospective, but the seniority in some states got reshuffled w.e.f.1986. My querry is:
(a) The accrued rights of the officials have been taken back by reshuffling the seniority, adversely affecting the promotees. They have not been heard while rendering the judgement. Whether any writ before the SC/HC is possible now, on the ground that thousands of employees are effected and they have not been heard;
(b) Whether any petition before the CAT can be filed challenging the implementation of the Apex Court order by the Department?
(c) Whether a person can simultaneously file the petitions before CAT/SC? What is the time limit?
(d) who are the senior counsels to give opinion to group of employees on service matter at Delhi to appear before the SC.
Kindly suggest.

Respected Sir/Madam,
My passport got expired a year and a half back ( 2015). I had considered renewing it a few months back. It was in August'16 when I filled the online application for renewal. The main concern is related to "Marital Status". I got married in October 2012 but had been living separately from my spouse since February 2013. We are living separately and have not yet resorted to divorce. We are neither in touch with each other. When I applied for passport renewal in August'16, I had to arrange for Annexure K from a Tehsildar. When I approached the passport seva kendra in Ahmedabad with all the documents, the concerned verification officer had said " Separated cases are referred to the regional passport officer who has the final say". He also wrote " Separated Case" on the documents ( receipt)and returned them. With the fear of rejection, I did not approach the RPO at Ahmedabad. I am due for another appointment which I have to schedule.
Now that the new rules have come into effect ( removal of Annexures), can I approach the passport seva kendra with the previous application printout without the documents ( Annexure) ( as 12 months validity is available after filling the form). As I am married but not divorced should I reapply with " Married" status or should I indicate "Separated" status. Does living away from each other also imply " Separation". Will the processing be done. I need a passport as I am losing out on important overseas assignments. Please advice

Sir I am accused in a case under sec 138, I am living at muzaffarpur (Bihar) and the case is in Delhi , I have taken bail but facing difficulties in appearance every date and judge canceling the bail bond due to non appearance on any date even after filling the medical certificate for non appearance . I think my advocate is not working properly.... Pls suggest the procedure to get exemption at least one or two date.

I am in IBPS RRB IV OA reserve list...... I am from tamilnadu.... In tamilnadu there are 2 regional rural banks...... Pallavan bank and pandyan bank..... Total number of vacancies for pallavan 71 and pandyan 77... Out which unfilled vancancies are pallavan 38 pandyan 51. Reserve list is 10%of the total vacancies.... SO it will around 15...SO only 15 of them only in tamilnadu IBPS RRB IV RESERVE list..... Yesterday ibps annouched the reserve list result..... That Is very shocked for all of us... Only 2 of them got job.. Others didnt got the job..... What will do now.... We have RTI copies of both banks RL unfilled vancancies.... SO is there any chance to get job through legal... Kindly guide me..

I am member of housing society and society is adopt bye laws of Maharashtra housing society. The registrar issue notice to current managing committee under section 73 1 AB for not execute the M20 bond. The committee members are present at hearing filed a reply now filed was closed for order. 1) The current committee is now called special general body meeting. I want to know that the current committee have right to take sgm after the notice was sent and filed is closed for order ?
2) What is a legality of sgm which is called by current committee ?
3) There is any provision in law to take objections for taking sgm by current committee? Because as per article Hemant Agarwal state that if u not execute m20 bond in 45 days you have not right to sign any documents behalf of the society include society letter head.
4) Where to complain if I want stop the sgm?

My tenant after expiry of 11 months agreement is not vacating. He has not paid rent and adjusted it against advance paid to me. He continues to pay rent each month promising that he would vacate shortly. I issued him an eviction notice and acknowledged the same sent by speed post. But he continues to extend his occupation and no signs of his vacating.
Pl let me know under which section of law prevalent in Karnataka can be used to legally evict him.

My employeers not giving salary since nov 2015
sir, I'm working in an engineering collage in haryana as a assistant professor.They were not giving increment me and my colleague since 2011, and they are not giving our salary since nov. 2015 .Actually they run an medical collage also, there are huge irregularities in these collages and they collect huge amount of loan on these collages. MCI has stopped their admissions. they were told that they have no money to pay salary. and in march 2015 they disconnect electricity, water supply etc from these collages by which people have to go. and they not have to pay salary, gratuity. At our joining they take security money(one month salary),now they are not paying that amount also. there were one more deficiency in salary, they transfer salary in bank account and after transferring they take some amount return back.
