One of my friend aged 77 years retired from Department of Posts living in Bareilly has filed a case at Central Adm. Tribunal Allahabad for reimbursement of his medical expenses occurred on his wife treatment through a Local Lawyer vide O/A No 655/2013 S L Arya V/S Union of India and paid Rs 25000/- as demanded by the lawyer. The positive judgments on the similar case for more then 25 has been given by the Honorable Supreme court . More then 3and half year is passed and the lawyer is telling that judgement has not been received. The old age client is unable to move from Bareilly to Allahabad. May I request how he can know the present position of his case.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I joined a central service in 2012 and resigned from the same in June.2016 to join another central service. I was eligible for promotion to the next grade w.e.f. 01/04/2016. But just after I left the department (early June, 2016), our whole batch was promoted in the next week. The DPC for considering promotion, met just a day after I had left the department (which they should have completed before 31st March, 2016 as per DoPT's instructions) and did not consider my name for promotion.
Hence, I lost on to a higher pay scale and my pay in the new service got protected at much lower scale. This is causing me loss of around Rs. 10000/ every month.
What can be the remedy? GFR 267 has a provision for retrospective sanction. Would that apply here? How to proceed in this matter.

I have 2 doubts
1)My name printed on obc certificate is "CHANDRAKANT" whereas in all other documents its "CHANDRA KANT" and same is the case for my fathers name
2)Is digitally signed certificates for Obc treated as original during PSUs interview.
Please provide me an appropriate solution.

I have an Partnership firm (2 Partners) in Baghpat, of same i have taken UP VAT Sales Tax registration. Now i want to dissolve this partnership and remove my name from Sales tax. However, other partner is not giving his consent to dissolve the partnership.
Kindly tell me the solution to this, how can i come out of this partnership.

Dear Madam/Sir,
My Institute has advertise the 4 posts of associate Professor in my department without indicating any reservation. As an eligible candidate, I applied and appeared in interview but authority not recommended my name. 2 posts were filled up and 2 remain vacant.
As per RTI, i came to know that because of unavailability of seat in general category my name could not recommended.
I filed a writ in the High Court and institute made the only ground of reservation and court held that the reservation roster can not prepared after the advertisement and hence ordered to appoint me against the vacant post.
Now, institute appealed in division bench stating that candidate failed in the interview. The institute fully changed the stand from reservation to failure of candidate.
In this regard, may i know that, can the ground be changed in division bench? Even in single bench, institute has accepted that i got the third position but due to unavailability of the seat my name did not appear but now saying that candidate was failed in the interview.

The managing committee of cooperative housing society tenure is 5 years consisting of chairman/secretary/treasurer and committe members etc.before the expiry of 5 years in march 2017 the chairman of the society expired and the information was given to the regisrar office about his death and other members interest in filling the post of chairman. The other iterested member was a payment defaulter hence asst registrar rejected his interest and ordered him to pay the society maintainance first.Now two Agm were taken and also some resolutions passed without chairman by secretary/ treasurer and other members. My querry is whether these resolutions and agm are valid and binding on all other members of the society.without chairman the caretaker committee has taken some decision of filing recovery under 101 etc.please advise.

I live in a SRA building where builder gave us 01 Room against room owned by my father in chawl. Society initially took maintenance charges @Rs.500/-pm as it was taking from everyone but now they are demanding @Rs.750/-pm saying we are given room under private quota by builder. Is this justified?
