respected members please help me in this matter.
i had applied for post of je railway chandigarh board in 2014 and chd board announced result for document verification on 27 march 2015..in that list no department were alloted only common merit list had been prepared by rrb cdg for document verification.on 14 march 2015 apex court secraped our reservation quota as i am jaat by caste.on 27 march i attended the document verification and also conveyed my message to one of board official that my qouta is cancelled so now i will be considered in gen or obc.they said give your document we will decide ourself.but unfortunately board considered me in obc and alloted me my first prefrence from obc quota becouse my marka were low in general cat for that department.but for second prefrence my marks in general.on the time of joining at delhi division.they refused me to give joining and with held my candidature.now after 14 months they has given me telecom departmet from general cat..my question is that shud i go to cat for compensation.please note that i applied for 7 department for je post from that i was getting 3 department from general cat..

sir the honorable CAT hyderabad bench directed railway general manager to dispose my appeal (pending with GM) for reinstatement consequent upon my acquittal in criminal case.but the respondents not complied with CAT orders .so we filed contempt application on 16.11.2016.As the judicial member is not posted in CAT till date ,the case is pending.
I have only 6 months service remaining.
now can I file contempt case in high court . or is there any other for speedy remedy.

Dear Sir, An Railway employee married 9 months back as per Hindu rites, and he is refusing wontedly to enroll his wife name in his employment service record ( personal file ) and her relatives had approached his concern Railway Officer but they are saying that employee himself has to declare his wife name in declaration form then only we can enter her name and we are not authorized independently to instruct him.So, in this case here the employee is not willing and Railway Officials are not supporting, then if we go to the court with an Writ petition for enrolling her name in Railway employee’s service record.
So, by this Writ petition is it possible. Thanking you

• Against the advertisement of various faculty posts by the pharmacy College.i had applied for the post relevant to my qualification and consequent to our interview on 29th March 2016 by the duly constituted selection committee of the University(VC nominee for reservation was absent) i was issued order of appointment on probation on for two years from college subject to university approval.and I am still not aware whether the University has accorded approval to me or not.University then sent a letter that due to absency of vc nominee your apointment was not considersed and we will never issue university approval letter to you.

I file a complaint against society committee at dpty registrar office Mumbai. The deputy registrar given hearing to the committee, in the reply society committee is failed to show the m20 bond and then file is closed for order. after file was closed i send the reply attach with the following judgement Shri A. Sangameshwaram & Anr. : Petitioners
V/s.
The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative
Societies, �M� Ward, Mumbai & Ors. : Respondents and inform that statutory disqualify is must. But dpty registrar order passed with only dismissed and not disqualify for one term. I requested you to experts please confirm that disqualify is must for one term as per above mentioned judgement?

hostile witness
Police witness examined in chief. He was not declared hostile at that time. However while cross examination the witness revealed additional facts without going against the chief. The additional information favours the accused to certain extent. The PP has claimed to declare the witness as hostile during cross examination which was also allowed by the judge. Is it correct? Please advise whether the accused could claim the witness is not hostile? What is the rule provision?
