I want to file a case to Singapore registered company but situated in India for non payment of salary,
Can u please suggest the procedure and under who's law the case will run in India or Singapore

In 498 A Case complainant LW 1 not attending in ' 498 A ' case after her Chief got done prior 2 adjournment back.
What could be the next step !? I can do as A 1 ... Such that case will continue without interruption.

Dear Experts,
our branch in jaipur is in loss hence we have decided to close the branch. also we have offer the jaipur's branch workers to work at our head office situated at delhi. however some of the workers are agree to be shift from jaipur to delhi but some workers are not agreeing to be shift. plz clarify the legal procedure to close the branch as per labour laws also clarify will i have pay any compensation to the employees who are not agreeing to work at our delhi branch,

Hello i dont have money to pay car insurance for next 2 months. And my due date is today. I will make my car stand at my home for next 2 months untill i pay my insurance. I wanted to know.. Will i fase any penalty or legal consequences if i delay insurance for 2 months.. Kindly advice. Thanks in advance

sir .the assistant public information officer failed to supply me the information even after 30 days under RTI act
Now to avoid delay can I appeal directly to
Central information Commission without making appeal to appellate authority.
or is it mandatory to appeal to appellate authority. kindly advice me .thanq sir

I need a guidance.
I have a very close friend of mine she is divorced and later from last 9 years was fully involved in a relationship with a person who was already married. as that person use to tell my friend that he loves her a lot and he is not happy with his wife and even coz of parents cant leave her.
Being my friend was emotionally fooled so she never thought of her own life. she was truly loving him and simply that boy was playing with her and this continued for last 8 years as after that my friend bought her kid along with so how he got stopped for physicals and slowly that person got involved into another relationship.
its completely that he used my friend in all aspects, emotionally, mentally, physically. So please suggest what she can do now as she had lost all her savings on trust..I was advising her to file a police complaint, but I want to be sure with your guidance. Please help she is a single mother.

We have Lease agreement which needs to submit different people and authorities including govt. authorities. The issue is that we dont want to disclose our commercial information like Rent. So can we produce that agreement before Govt. by hiding this confidential information

I am Santoshkumar Biradar. I have been adopted by my uncle. Now due to family dispute my adopted parents wants to cancel the deed is it possible?
The adoption deed was executed when I was 21 year old. The adopted parents are 60 years old age. They were asking to sign on the blank bond paper. I'm employee of one of the reputed bank. If I sign on on the blank bond paper deed will be cancelled ? If buy any moveable and immovable property adopted parents will also become owner? Even i don't want property of the adopted parents

Pls clarify :- our Up based Head office trf goods to its branch Mumbai by using form F and mumbai branch has sold this goods, my query is :- weather Head office can avail the ITC of Vat paid on raw materials,
Who will pay vat in respect of sale made by Mumbai branch weather mumbai branch or Head office,

Cgtmse claim
I have taken a loan under cgrmse cover.bank has charged the cgtmse fees from my accout regurarly. now my account is in a npa stage. the bank has not propely claimed from cgtmse.when i asked about that , they said cgtmse is not the matter of the party.my query is when i am paying the cgtmse fees, the recovery amout paid by cgtmse to bank will be reflected in my account or not.
Is there any judgement for pass on of cgtmse fees by bank to partyy
