My grandfather had purchased a property which was inherited by my father, his 3 brothers after my grandfathers death. 2 of my uncles released their share and the property is in the name of my father and one uncle now.
Can the property be termed as ancestral property now ?
Can my father and uncle dispose it independently ?
Do grandchildren have any right over this property ?

Sir,
my reporting officer rated me much below the parametre to deny promotional opportunity to me. my rating before and after this particular reporting officer was very good but only in his tenure for 2 years my report was below average.
5 years acr is seen for promotion which has to be above average for all 5 years. 2 years is average and as a result i did not get promoted.
i made representation alleging bias but my marks were not expunged.
the comunication of adverse entry (which was later upgraded by reviewing officer)was made after 2 years for the period 2013-14 and no communication was made for the period 2014-15. the dpc acted upon these reports and the counter signing authority did not expunge my marks on the facts so stated in the representation.
date-wise, dpc considered me as not fit and my representation was decided later in date rejecting my prayer.
my promotion is postponed by 5 more years for which i have to secure above average.
do i have a case? what relief can i seek? what are my chances? what should i pray in my writ petition as CAT is not applicable on our organisation?
thanks and regards
My great grand father had two wives. Our family tree is as below:
First wife had a son by name Mr. ABC. Mr. ABC had 4 daughters and 5 sons (now all the 4 daughters and 5 sons are dead) . All the daughters and sons are having their children (both gents and ladies). This is our third generation (that is great grand sons of Mr. ABC)
Second wife had 2 sons. Both of them are dead now with no children.
The property (land and house) were in the names of sons from the second wife. The relationship between Mr. ABC and both the sons (from second wife) was that of brothers in nature.
Now we (the third generation that is great grand sons of late Mr. ABC) want to claim the property right. How can it be claimed?. Looking for guidance. We belong to Mangalore (D.K.) Karnataka State.

I live in co op housing society in Ahmedabad,Gujarat for last 15 years.
There are more than 500 memers in soc.
I want to know about the expenses like repairing of common Letter boxes whether it payable by member or society.
In my block 12 members and all have own letterbox commonly at enterence of block.
but due to long time most of leter boxes are totaly damaged and not in condition to use it.so we all 12 members have decided to make all letter boxes newly at the same.
Now our question is who should pay the expenses regarding the same whether by members or society.
Is there any rules in co op hou soc.bye laws for the same which can help to clear our qwery.
Guidance on above will highly appriciated.
Thank you,
Harshad Chauhan
