On public path some one constructed a house with the help of a political leader in a village with out permission but the land was belongs to public property due to this activity people in the village suffer to walk. Therefore I want file a suit against the building owner, panchayati and road&bulding department. Can I file suit against them in principal junior civil judge court? If so, On which provisions/ sections in CPC, should I file? How much will be the court fee because it is public property?
I want to file to remove the house in the public path way

I got married last year. There was some querell between both the families on the day of marriage it self due to my mother in law. I immediately backed out from marriage but after some good heart people convinced both the families I and my family agreed to continue the marriage.
After marriage when I brought my wife to my native she refused to stay with my parents when I am away in Bangalore. I work in Bangalore. In order to things to settle down and relationship to become better between my wife and my family I thought of leaving her with my parents for a month. She refused to stay away from me and threatened me my family that she will take poison if you leave me here .
Her mother supported her fully. So out of threat and fear I brought her to Bangalore with me.
My wife tried to break my relationship with my brother. She hates my brother and sister in law.
When I ask her to come to my native with me in festival she denies it. I cannot go alone leaving her here. Her mother calls her daily on her phone and teaches her evil things against my family and my wife follows it blindly.
After all these frustration I brought devorce papers home. On which my mother-in-law abuses my family members and threatened me to file a dowry and harassment case on me.
Out of fear initially I asked her instead of threatening me why don't you convey your daughter to not break my family? To which she threatened again and told me "I will bring you all on my daughter knees."
I immediately went to family counselling Parihar and filed a complaint against my wife and mother in law.
When they came to know about the complaint they started talking nicely and requested to withdraw the complain and gave me assurence that this kind of things will not happen again.
Me and my wife's brother went to Parihar and we closed the complain with a mutual concern written on the closing sheet.
After returning from Parihar they tricked me and gave my wife women harassment contact number. Now whenever we have a small fight she threatens me that she will call women harrassment number and will get me and my family arrested.
I do not know what to do. I can't leave my family at the same time it is becoming very difficult to stay with a girl who hates my family and because of her I am not able to visit my family either.
Her mother still interfears in our family decisions. I can't take my own decisions. Now my openly says she will not go to my native house as she she doesn't trust anyone there. I tried all possible way to convince her to give our life a new start and be good to everyone but she has ego issues. I look helpless in front of her ego and cried in alone so many times.
What should I do? I do not want to leave my wife. After all querrel I love my wife but I love my family too.

Dear sir, there were two complaint filed under 138 NI act. both cases 1/2016 and 2/2016 complainat and accused are same. But when evidence were led due to mistake case no 2/2016 evidence was led in case no 1/2016 and vice versa. cross has been accordingly. at time of further statment it came on knowlege about this to complainant. I am complainant. how can now i carry further ??? can it be cured ?

I was in an affair with a boy for 8 months, he is in indian navy .we were Facebook friends for 5 years. He promised me to get married. On the promiss of marriege i forcefully convinced by him for physical relationship. When I rufeused for physical he used to cut his veins to show his proof of love. But now suddenly he refused to marry me and blaming me that I am a characterless girl. Cuz I am raped in my past by one of my celebraty friend. Before we go physical i shared this whole thing with my boyfriend on 1st day of commitment, cuz i never wanted complications in our future married life . I wanted my charecter transparent. Still he forwarded his hands towards me for marriege. And he used me physically. He communicated with his parents to ween my trust. He sent me lots of gifts on my birthday too. But now he sudenly changes his behaviour and refusing to marry. and after some days i saw his picture with other girl. He told me that his parents found a girl for him. when i said him that i will file a complent against you then he started threatning me and blaming me for my charecter that you were not raped you did by your own. If you were raped why didn't you filed a case against him. its really hurting .Because he knows that guy is celebraty and he can save himself with that celebraty guy. But I want to punish him only. I don't want my past to expose. If it happens I afraid they both will blame me. But i truely love my boyfriend. I am suffering from depression since 6 months. I waited for him to come. Cuz I don't want to marry other guy. His parents also supporting him. They are saying you don't have caste kundali and other excuses. His sister also used some bad sentences for me that u only gives sex to boys latter you cry and I know bad girls like you very well. Then they all blocked me from every contacts. It was not possible to meet them personally because we lives in other state, I went in his jobs place to meet him personally for asking my answer but he was in other city for official work. His officers told me that he is coming after 20 days. His officers was like protecting him. After knowing this thing he is threatening me that u want to suspend me from my job and you r following me cuz u want a guy with good job good payment. He is blaming me from everywhere cuz he knows I afraid to loose my character. Please tell me what cases can I do against them? because I want to punish them. They melign me for my character. If he agreed marry me I would like to take my FIR back

NOW A PORTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON LEASE BY ANOTHER "B" PVT LTD COMPANY FROM "A".
Q-DOES "B" PVT LTD COMPANY REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMISSION FOR INDUSTRIAL USE(REVENUE DEPARTMENT)?
ALL OTHER PERMISSION LIKE CONSTRUCTION AND GPCB APPROVAL ARE OBTAINED IN NAME OF "B"PVT LTD.

Sir I worked at Sahara India but I resigned on dated 18/02/2016 company release my PF but not release gratuity till date.
