My estranged daughter-in-law has filed maintenance under 125 for 20,000/- per month and also retrospectively from the year 2014 for like amount.
Query is IN REPLY THERETO WHETHER WE ARE REQUIRED TO AFFIX ANY STAMP DUTY?

Hi,
There is a case under section 323 and 406 IPC, all the witnesses from the petition side are complete. From last two years court is summoning IO (Investigating Officer) for witness of charge sheet.
Q1 - If IO does not appear in the court and does not proves the charge - sheet then will the civil judge dismiss the case or not or what difference will it make to the case?
Q2 - Till when the court will kept summoning IO if he is not appearing?

Sir my family friend mr. chary died on 18/01/2017 and was unmarried and he nominated me in all his property except one Bank FD and his brother give me NOC by way of Affidavit that he has no problem in nomination and i found his oral will not registered which is attached hereunder
point of doubt:-
1) Can i claim the Bank FD.
2) Is the oral will valid.

Dear Sir, My ex and her current hus submit false evidance and affidavit to birth and death dep. they change father name from my daughter birth cert. Village officer give to them one and same cert. 2 govt gazetted officers give to them one and same cert. False marriage certificate back dated issue from wakaf board, grama panjayath secretary recommended to birth and death dep can change father name as per evidance and enquiry, Already my ex and me cases on going in high court regarding alimony recovery of mony, and custody of child, above evidance all are collected as per right to information, now i was file a petition to Local police and SP, but they donot file FIR they do not take any action kindly repaly.

on of my friend borrowed Rs. 200000.00 (Rs two lakh) from me, a year before, 6 month earlier when i asked my money back he requested for some more time, then i agree but i asked him for a post dated cheque and a affidavit.
then he gives me a affidavit and Rs two lakh cheque of 15th jan 2017, but when i presented that cheque its dishonored.
I wanted to serve him a legal notice by self, I know that I can go to a lawyer and he will serve the notice on behalf of me, but I wanted to serve him notice for legal action myself.
So please help me by a sample notice so i can serve him a notice for period of 15 days
