What is the status of a "NOMINEE",now-, in a co-operative house building society, in the light of Supreme Court judgement in Civil Appeal 4646 of 2006 between Indrani Wahi and Sarbar View Co-operative Housing Society dated March 10, 2016 ?And what is the fate of nominees who have been termed as "trustees" and not given their rights in a number of earlier cases. Can those who lost their rightful assets earlier demand their rights now in a court of law quoting the above cited SC judgement.Please throw some light on the exact meaning of "that the rights of others on account of an inheritance or succession is a suservient right". --Please clarify and guide us as to how to go about in such cases unresolved and still pending in different courts including Supreme Court.

Iam a muslim ,I booked a case against my husband and in laws for demanding dowry ,he fled away to another country where he works during police counselling.when FIR was booked ,My in laws and my elders agreed for a settelment through an agreement (for march 10 2017)stating "returning of cash and articles given at the time of marriage" .I have given a letter to withdraw the case on this basis.Now before executing the agreement Is it compulsory for me to receive the notice of case closure from police or can i accept it after settling the agreement ?hope you understand.

sir in bihar govt ...a year ago tanti caste(obc) was delisted from list and according to bihar gazzete notification the caste certificate of pan sawasi has to be issued in place of tanti which is originally a pan...(SC certificate)....
applied for caste certificate and got the certificate of pan upto sdo...now there is objection in court about this issue...and now i am in confusion what to do if got selected in bank po..
is it right to claim that i am sc by showing certificate or there will be problem in future....Also confuse what to apply for upcoming exam sc or obc..... Obc certificate of tanti is not issued now in bihar as it is delisted.... pan certificate is issuing now upto sdo according to bihar gazzete ....what to do sir?????? it is not clarified..if i apply sc by showing current pan certificate...there will be issue if court reject bihar gazzete notification...

The tenure of office bearers of our society is 3 years. Now only one year has been completed. What is the position of a society when all of Its Office bearer's quit the post? Now election is going to be conducted. When the tenure of office bearers is still subsist for 2 years . Will the election is for only the completion of two years or will it be a afresh one. Please answer.

Rohtas is developing township at sultanpur road Lucknow. The project contains gram sabha land. Developer is saying that such land with the concurrence of Lucknow Development Authority is sold by the concerned govt authorities to the developer at the prevailing circle rate. I want to know from experts whether Gram Sabha Land can be sold by Govt to developer if the land is coming in the overall circumference of the DPR of the project submitted by the developer.

Hi
I am having a flat in my name and ownership. Since I am planning to let out this flat I fear income tax on it. Already I am salaried and falls in highest tax bracket.
I want to enter into a gift deed with my wife where I gift this flat to her and then let it out.
By this way I think I can save some tax as well as my can show some good amount of white money in my wife's name.
Please advice.

wrong entry of extent in pahani
In survey number'A' 2 brothers got share extent of 7.5 guntas each,in old pahanis the extent was correct, but now in present pahani extent is wrong,that is in one pahani its showing 5 guntas,and in other pahani its 10 guntas,
So i request a suggedtion how to update/correct the entry in pahani,
Wat are the possible ways i can change the extent in pahani
