Hello Sir/Madam,
I applied for enrollment in Bar Council of Tamilnadu and I didn't attach TC of LLB which didn't mention to attach in instructions of enrollment application. And, BCT also checked there and accepted my application form to do processing. So, it is still in verification process.
But, I heard afterwards from others that we are supposed to attach TC also. Please, help me out in this to find out the solution.

I reside in a rented flat in Kolkata withmy wife and son.My wife did not stay with my parents in my native village .Both the over aged person look after them. I have a grudge against my wife's forcefully living with me for about 9 yrs.Recently
At the time of quarrelling at about 12.00 AM with my wife one of our office boy who lives nearby whom I suspect of being an affair with my wife entered my flat to support my wife and beated me badly with the help of his brothers.My wife is frequent visitor of their house.Wife called him.
I don't want to stay with such wife with any more who organised such event.Is there any way???

Dear Sirs
I have a lot of confusion on the above subject because in your forums one legal expert says it's not adultery and no problem can arise out of it. Another expert says it's adultery and the man is bound to be penalised. Please clarify the latest amendment if any. Thank you all in advance.

If the seller has canceled a unregistered sale agreement by giving a legal notice of cancellation to the buyer because buyer defaulted to pay 1st payment and final payment by the specified date mentioned in the contract.
My question is can the buyer register a cancelled sale agreement without the consent of the seller.

Dear all,
We received notice from leo under clra. He has asked us to get labour license. We do not have more than 18 employees working at that particular project on any single day in last 12 months. But we have employeed more than 20 employees on that site. They work on rotation basis. Some employees are on leave while others are on duty. When they will be back on work, first batch which was working will go on leave. Thus we have never crossed the limit of 20. Now leo is asking us to get the license. Pl advise.

Dear sir,
I would like to bring your attention to a fact that recently I had applied for education loan to a PSU bank and got approval regarding same know similarly I went to another bank and applied for car loan they asked for documents to me I provided all my documents regarding same and even several meeting was held with the banking officer regarding sanction of loan the officer postponed the matter from one day to another which nearly took 20 to 30 days I got frustrated by the harassment and asked reasons for such delay and the officer declined my loan stating that my cibil score is very poor I immediately complained to the manager of the bank who stated nothing can be done. now sir when one bank has granted education loan to me of rs 380000 but another bank declines loan on cibil score what should be done sir when I never had loan or any credit card is it legal to use civil as a reason to decline loan without knowing the facts

Is unelected rwa take any major financial decision or resolution without consent of residents?
We are residents of newly registered society in Faridabad. Few people had registered RWA under Haryana society registration act 2012 without any discussion with residents or may be registered by misrepresentation. And, now they neither increasing members nor declaring elections and still have unelected body. Also stil they accepted documents around 250 residents but not given any confirmation about membership or no etc. those applied for membership, Society have 1500+ flats. Now they are trying to change maintenance agency even they dont have maintenance rights of common areas or not taken handover from builder.
I have an apprehension that on which legal basis new agency will able to collect CAM charges? Initially builder introduced one agency for providing maintenance services under have legal rights of the property and done an agreement with each & every flat owner as an acceptance to pay his/her CAM charges legally.
In this new scenario, neither nominated RWA yet have taken handover from Builder by which they get legal rights for providing maintenance services for common areas nor have an elected RWA for legal reorientation to provide maintenance services for common areas as well as not bound individuals by an agreement to execute legal liability. In future if anyone not pay his/her CAM either not living in society or any other reason. How this unelected RWA will in position to recover the pending money from defaulters legally.
