Agricultural land holding limit for Trust in Uttar Pradesh

Sir, I am living in District Pilibhit of Uttar Pradesh.I am going to purchase 100 acres of land from a Gaushala Society of Uttar Pradesh registred under the society registration act.

Can a society sale it's agricultural land if it's constitution allows.

Since it's a land holding limit in U.P. can I form a trust to buy the entire 100 Acres land in the name of trust to avoid ceiling act of uttar pradesh.
Or can this society give it's land on lease to any individual or trust for long term keeping in mind the restrictions imposed on leasing in Uttar Pradesh zamindari abolition act.

Please guide me in detail.Thanks.

Private lawyer in criminal case from prosecutor side

Hi,

I lodged a FIR against a person who broke my leg. I lost the case in Court.

Now case is lying in the Nainital high court since 2008. Case is admitted over there and no dates has been given to that till now. I inquired with clerks and officers of the court and they are saying send your lawyer and we will list the case.

I have sent two lawyers(one after another) and both after taking the fees said they are not accepting non public prosecutor (private advocate) vakalatnama in that.

I am very confused how to proceed in that, please suggest.
Can we have private lawyer instead of public prosecutor?
