Hii I am hindu married lady We are 3 sister and two brother in which our 1 sister has been expire so now we are 2 sister and 2 brother. I have made a suit against my brother for my property share after death of my parents in 2012 in ghaziabad court but I am poor lady and can not bear advocate fee so please tell me how can I get government advocate. where to put application and what is the procedure please help me.

My mother was given a land by grandmother. Due to financial reasons, my mother registered only half of the land. And the other half is not registered yet. Knowing this my mother's sister is now claiming for a share in the land we have been owning for almost 20 years and my grand mother also wishes to give my mother's sister a share now. My mother's sister was also given a land in the very same area we reside and she sold it. Now she tries to claim a share of the land which was given to my mother and which is not registered too and now my grand mother also wishes to give a share. What shall be done now ? Please help

Facts- Charge-sheet (under the Punishment and Appeal Rules) has been served upon an Government employee A by B being appropriate authority on the basis of report sent by C (another officer of the same office) to B, levelling the charge that A has not supplied information/ record in time as sought by C. But in reality C had not sought any information/ record from A because A had never received any office order or direction of officer in this regard.
My query is- Whether act of C sending false report to B against A is crime as described in section 167 of Indian Penal code.

Recently I met with an accident on a single road of a double side road as the other side was closed for past 3-4 months for repair. I was on my side on a speed of 20 kmph . A mother cycle coming from the other side banged into my car and in this process got hurt in his legs and arms. In this process my car got damaged to an extend of rs 50k plus appr . His Bike also got damaged. The police arrived and tried to take him to hospital but he refused but later he was taken to hospital by his relatives. Both the vehicles were taken to the police post. Now I have made 3 |- 4 rounds of the police station the other party does not come on one pretext or other
The incharge does not release my vehicle until the other party gives in writing. On a little enquire by me from a constable I learnt that the party is seeking money to close the case
In tune of 50K. Do I have to pay because I had bigger vehicle and also because he got hurt and I was safe
Or other wise still I would to pay to get my car release from the court and further go to each and every court hearing. What other remedy do I have. ? Also can I sue Administration for not repairing road since long time.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I was worked in an IT firm, their was a manager who molested me and ask for sexual favors. From then we have become good friends and had intimate relationship except sex. But now he is blackmailing me and saying that he will go to police and come to my company.
Due to societal abuse, I am not taking it to my bosses. Please help me and suggest how can i tackle him?

I have given my house construction work to a contractor.
In the stamp paper it is mentioned that he has to finish all mentioned work in the limited time. 16th February 2017 was the last date. I have remind him many time about the time bound in agreement, but he take it lightly.
Only boundary wall, main gate is left and he started skipping my work . I guess at the ongoing speed he will finish till 15 march.
My question is can I deduct some amount as a fine from the last amount which I have to pay him at the end of work?
* Nothing is mentioned in agreement about fine/punishment for not finishing work in given time limit.

I HAVE BEEN APPOINTED IN ONGC IN 2000 ALONGWITH 577 EMPLOYEES. WE ARE GETTING ALL THE BENEFITS AND ALLOWANCES AS PER REGULAR APPOINTMENT. IN THE YEAR 2005 ONGC HAS CHANGED OUR SERVICE CONDITIONS AND MADE US TENURE BASED EMPLOYEES ON FIX SALARY AND FOR 4 YEARS. EVERY FOUR YEARS THEY GIVE US EXTENTION. WE APPROACHED TRIBUNAL FOR JUSTICE. I AM ALSO IN THE LIST OF 577 EMPLOYEES. ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN GIVEN EXTENTION IN 2009 ALONGWITH ME. IN THE YEAR 11 TRIBUNAL PASSED ORDER IN EMPLOYEES FAVOUR. ONGC APPROACHED GUJARAT HIGH COURT. IN THE MEANTIME THE NEXT EXTENTION OF TENURE OF 4 YEARS IN 2013, I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN EXTENTION WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASONS. WE WON IN HIGH COURT IN APRIL 2013. ONGC FILED APPEAL IN DOUBLE BENCH AND LOST. ONGC FILE APPEAL IN SUPREME COURT AND SUPREME COURT DISMISS THE ONGC APPEAL AND ASKED TO IMPLEMENT THE HIGH COURT ORDER. IN GUJARAT HIGH COURT ORDER IT CLEARLY STATES THAT FROM THE FIRST INSTANCE OF TENURE IN 2005 ALL THE EMPLOYEES WOULD BE GIVEN REGULAR APPOINTMENT. I AM ON THE ONGC ROLLS IN 2005. BUT ONGC HAS NOT CONSIDERED ME AND GIVEN ME LETTER IN 2015 THAT MY 2013 TENURE WAS NOT EXTENDED DUE TO UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE AND SINCE THE JUDGEMENT OF GUJARAT HIGH COURTS HAVE BEEN CAME IN APRIL 2013 AT THAT TIME I AM NOT ON THE ONGC ROLLS AND THEREFORE THE JUDGEMENT IS NOT APPLICABLE IN MY CASE.
NOW WHAT LEGAL REMEDY I HAVE ?
CAN I FILE CONTEMPT OF COURT ?

Sir i was charged under excise act 68/1/14 for drinking in college 4 years back. I was taken to the district and sessions court, where i was fined 200 rs , which i paid in front of CJM ,the next day..Now, i want to know whether i can get a govt job , under this case ? I am preparing for SSC and Bank jobs. Plz reply...
In case if not, what steps should i take to make myself eligible, as i am on verge of getting a good reputed central job.. PLz Help

Doubt about integrety of adj
One of my relative at my home town in Ganganagar, sold away my property acting as my POA Holder but there was no such POA from me to him.Even the original Titel Deeds are still with me.A Report was filedand Police registereda post investigated FIR u/s 420,467,468,471,120B against the relative and upon further investigation two of his sons and the buyer was also added and all of them were charged under same section as the two sons have signed all the forged sale documents.All these people were very influential and powerfull.They managed to change the IO once they were found guilty and by this procedure the investigation was changed and handled by local Ps, Circle Officer, Distt.SP, and the IGP Range, but all ratified earlier findings, and all of them were arrested, were behind bars for 40-50 days each, were out on Baiul from High Court, Charge sheet submitted, Magistrate retained all charges as per charge sheet, trial began.Meanwhile all of the accused have moved to ADJ Court with Crml Revision Pettetion separately, which have been heard and arguments are complete on 10th Feb,2017 but the Judgement have not been declared for which 16th Feb was fixed and a new date is given on 28th Feb for the same.Meanwhile it has come to my knowledge that the ADJ has been influenced and is likely to accpet their Revision Petetion dropping charges against them.The same ADJ has delivered some exceptional judgements in such crml revision petetions in recent times which are talk of the town, i.e. prouncing accused of crime u/s 304, 307 498A as not guilty, charges dropped.I suspect foul play going on and I may stand to loose my battle. What should I do ? I stay in West Bengal. My local advocate advise to file application for transfer of matter to other similar Bench on the ground of no confidence in the justice from this Bench. I am very apprehensive about it, its procedure, its ramification or adversity on me. Kindly guide as matter is Urgent.
