What is the legal meaning of supervision?
Can an officer be held responsible for the act of his subordinate whom he is supposed to supervise.
Eg: Can a shed appraiser who is supposed to do the supervisiom of a shed examiner in customs be held responsible if examiner reports him false in terms of quantity of the goods imported.
Role of shed appraiser: check classification, quality, and documents of imported items along with supervision of shed examiner.
Role of shed examiner: check description, weight, quantity and report it to his shed appraiser.
If shed examiner report the number as 7 instead of 17, is shed appraiser responsible for the quantity misreported to the higher authorities?

Sir previously i said about my divorce case .....as present situation my wife already awarded a maintenance of rs 7000 pm from lower court u/s 36 of SMA, I being dissatisfy again moved a civil revesion where i was awarded Rs 6000 pm and i am paying that til date . In this 6000 pm high court clearly break 3000 each to mother and my minor daughter . Now after 5 month she again filed a 125 Crpc against me and mentioned the High court order that she is not satisfy with 6000 rs and claimed enhance ment and as well as litigation cost . I already paid her a litigation cost of rs 15000 thousand .
My querry is sir can she claim enhancement in 125 crpc as well as litigation cost where already high court decided and awarded her with 6000 pm and a litigation cost of rs 15000 .
My lawyers are forcing and they said which ever is higher amount i have to pay that.
My dates are nearby pls help me sir

My Friend father wrote a WILL on before his death his 2 acers padi land on his grand son(Minor) and his son is Garden for that, but His son and daughter in law is separated each after 2 years (not taken divorce) his daughter in law go away along with his grand son from his son, now his son is live alone and he is not able to work because of his health condition. he want to sell those property and want to save the money in bank on FD and want to spend the interest for his needs.
Please advise me how to sell that property.,
He is in very poor condition, please help

I know a property which does not belongs to the family but fraudly they got it registered in their name in 1973. Actually at the time of partition muslims were staying at a place and during riots they ran away without selling their land. One family captured that land and they were not having the papers of that land. But in 1973 with the help of one family friend they got it registered in their name. Trick they adopted was - showed that property lapsed in mortgage to the friend and got it registered in their name in 1973. In my understanding this property should belong to Government of India. So suggest who could be informed on this issue?

I have loan with a bank. builder have to pay emi til possession offered, now builder is delaying emi and its been more than 3 month pending, bank is after me. Now builder neither giving possession nor emi.
What if I surrender the loan?
Will bank can have case against me?
