What is the procedure to correct middle and sirname of land holder in village parantal agriculture record and want to correct as per documentation showing full name as per record in government service since 60 years and adhar card ,voter card ,bank accounts etc.

Which mode is better to add in salary account either second holder or make nominee of wife . Secondly if wife name is as nominee in account already exist so this is sufficent or not.

i have agricultural land in kavalgi village of dist bijapur Karnataka, i am planning to start a production unit of fly ash bricks, it is 12km away from bijapur district city... so pls help me in procedure of getting and NA title for this land and how much it will cost per acre, i want to get only 2 acres NA out of 8
i do not want to pay development charges..

Good morning Members
GOI has reserved certain percentage of Identified post in Government Service for Person with Disability (PWD). For Group C & D there is provision for reservation in promotion also.
In certain cases it is found that promotion from feeder cadre to promotional post is 100% by seniority cum fitness (SCF) basis. In such case how the required percentage of Quota to be maintained for PWD without giving reservation in promotion. I am speaking about Group B & A Post. kindly advice how a PWD employee get reservation in promotion in such case.

Hello sir, my name is SHEIK FAZIL , I was studying in government college as a BBA student. My father name is HUSSAIN, in my father documents like AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD,ETC., his name should be HUSSAIN only, but in my TC & Birth Certificate my father name is MOHAMMED HUSSAIN, So now want to change father name in my TC & Birth Certificate. My Father all the document has as a HUSSAIN name only , but from my childhood the name of my father is mentioned MOHAMMED HUSSAIN now i want change into HUSSAIN. Sir one my friend has completed BA.LLB and he wants to continue practicing in court but the fact is on him Indian railway act 1989 sec 143 has been imposed on him and he has been convicted under section 143 of Indian railway act 1989. My question is, can he practice advocacy?

Builder not paying penalty
Builder in Ghaziabad is not paying penalty to the buyers for delay in giving possession , though it has been mentioned in the buyer seller agreement.
Builder says that they have never adjusted such penalties in the final payments.
Many buyers have visited and written to the builder.
The amount is penalty is around 1 -1.25 lakhs per buyer.
In such situation what is the legal remedy?
How long does it take in consumer court to get remedy?
In case buyers go to court what else damage the builder can cause to the buyers
The agreement in on Rs.100 stamp paper.
