Actually my full surname not mentioned in ssc certificate only starting letter is mentioned..that's why all my cerificates comes as surname as initial not in fullform...Now i applied for passport.here i gave correct and full form of surname.Now i have passport also.But recently i say my surname in school records,they mispelled only single letter in surname now i want to make any correction?incase correction what to do?without school i can make correction?finally its need or not?

Mere name Se record haa.. Or kagjat bhi haa.. . But kuch din bad ohi property kisi ki or ki record me dekha raha haa. ...abb may keya karu sir.

Sir,
I ,Suman Dolai,just clear csir jrf.I used my father's name "Anil Kr. Dolai" instead of "Anil Kumar Dolai".In my all documents my father's name is Anil Kumar Dolai.will I face any problem for document verification?plzz answer me,,i cant send any documents since 14 days.....actually i have one more problem. in 10th class certificate my father's name is Anil Dolai.for this reason i will send an affidavit in which my father declared that anil dolai and anil kumar dolai are both same person.but in my form i used kr. instead of kumar.

Minimum how many no. of employees must be there to attract Minimum Wages Act. Whether it is applicable even a single employee is also there. and in case of notice received from labour dept, how we can over come of this issue?

GOOD MORNING THE LEARNED JURY,
I have filed a recovery case & got the judgement as respondent to pay Rs.70,000/-
+ interest at 10% from the date of filing the suit till realization in spite of which the respondent has den-eyed to pay. Can I file a case against the respondent for comp tempt of court as the respondent has den-eyed to pay.?
Please advice how to go about it.

My friend had made development agreement in may 2014 and for the documents he had made payment of stamp duty and registration behalf of partnership firm, and same duty have been shown on stamp duty document in his own name, now registrar raised demand notice that stamp duty paid by partner name is invalid, it has to pay on partnership firm name, agreement made as SARITA REALTORS for MR. Ravi and stamp duty page show only MR. Ravi. So what will be the remedy to avoid the double stamp duty ?

I have my fathers registry of 2000 sq feet but actually land is less because he was working outside and not fenced and now if I want to have a registry to other person can I do a registry of 2000 sq feet or is it required to do a registry on current measurement of land

Respected experts! Kindly guide me. I am a retired army personnel and retired on 31 Dec 2016. During my service tenure on 10th of November 2016. I had complained by speed post to my PS for my 100 plant damages and my land grabbing by some miscreants. Police didn't lodged my complain till now. The police is under influence of culprits. What should I do if police is not lodging my FIR.

Myself having a Civil suite filled on me in 2015. And in the suite plaintiff has asked for the stay . But his stay application is rejected. And now the case is issue stage. But the plaintiff is harassing me like any thing. First he placed the notice board on my property stating that no one should buy property in my project. And he is having Civil case filed on me. The he had panted the same matter on my property. And he is asking for some huge amount to settle the case out of court. Since I had done any thing wrong and I am sure that I will win one day. Then Why should I settle the matter out of court.
Now the problem is when I approced the local police station with all this story. They are not ready to take any action against him. They say that they can only file traspressing case on him.
My question why only trasspresing. Why not extortion . Please somebody help me. And guide me please.

Passport
How can i get status of disputed document Passport has been destroyed from Honorable court now in 2017 after Criminal case final acquittal order in 2010.
They people tell since their is no case in the court as all Judicial record of Case has been destroyed except final judgement order copy now they will not issue any documentary proof that Passport has been destroyed.
