Stamp Duty on Consortium Documents

My company has entered into a Legal mortgage agreement with a Bank X and paid the required stamp duty for a certain set of properties. Further it also decided to enter into agreementation for the same set of properties with Bank Y and Z. Bank X is of the opinion to appoint a trustee and execute a Consortium document consisting of all 3 banks (Indenture of Mortgage) for this purpose. My question is that will stamp duty be payable again on the amount borrowed from bank X for which the Documentation is already done or do I just need to pay the stamp duty on the amount to be borrowed from Y and Z. Also can I get an adjudication done and get a relief or refer to any case laws.

DELAY IN COMPASSIONATE GROUND APPOINTMENT IN RAILWAYS

My father deceased on duty when I was in third year of engineering in 2012. Me being elder son applied for CG appointment when I was informed to apply/submit application along with graduation certificate which I did on 2013. Since I was an engineering graduate the appointment was seeked and approved for JE/SSE grade. But I was made to wait till April 2015 to attend for "interim appointment" untill JE exams are called for. I qualified for TECH III on basis of my 10th as highest education?!.and joined Railways as trainee tech III. But the shocking part was I was asked to train for 3 years in interim itself without any allowances and benefits except 'basic+da'. But, the mechanical engineering/diploma/ITI holders are asked to train only for 6 months. But, RRB considers any DIPLOMA/ENGINEERING holders as technical expertee in their relevant field and offers jobs as JE/SSE/DMS/CDMS posts on basis of any branch of engineering graduation is completed in!
This is 2017 april and im yet to attend my promised JE/SSE exam and continuing my career as trainee tech III for 3 years training without actual benefits as normal employee but have to work a work equal to an SSE in my allotted inspection section at Mysore Workshop. Have tried alot to enquire this issue, demand for exam finally or reduce my training period atleast so that I can atleast use minimal benefits as a normal employee.. No use. No one is helping me at office. How to deal with this 4 year delay!

Unregistered release deed

Respected Experts,
My father while he was alive has obtained a Release Deed from my sister wherein it was stated that she forgo all her rights over the properties of my father's property duly receiving Rs.4.5 lakhs cash in the year 1997. She has signed the Release Deed and her husband has also signed as witness. It was not registered. My father has died in 1999. Now my sister is claiming her share as a legal heir from the properties of my father. Whether the unregistered Release Deed may be useful to me. Whether registration of Release Deed is compulsory? The Release Deed doesn't contain that it pertains to a particular property. It speaks that she forgo her rights on all the properties of my father. Whether it is valid before the Court of Law? Please clarify. Rule/Act provisions in the matter, if any be stated.
