Sir,
I happen to be one of the party to a partition suit filed long back. I am fortunate enough to receive preliminary decree in my favour. I hoped and happy there will be final decree and my uffering will end.
To my utter surprise and embarassement the case is still pending with no hope for final decree. The other party and their family are filing one after the other false fabricated documents of claims/possession over the property and obstructing final decree till date. The case is two decades old.
Do I have right to sell my share in the property without physical metes and bound and final decree by respective court. Other party is waiting for total surrender of my share in kind.
Please let me know the facts about my case and my share.

Sir,
My neighbors, my husband's ex-wife who is remarried along with her children who are also married have been threatening us with dire consequences and trying to take away the property of my husband, though my husband left them with 4/5th of the property. they filed a case but when it came to furnishing details of possession, they forcibly tried to put up a fence in our property in the early hours of the morning on the second Saturday. we managed to stop them and when we went to lodge a complaint against them, we were in for a shock as my husband's daughter and his ex-wife had already lodged a false complaint against my husband for rape and molestation of his daughter while my husband does not even enter their house. he is 66 years old, with a complete right sided paralysis who is greatly restricted in his movement. the authorities are not willing to even allow us to talk and even threatening to file all kind of sections on my husband and say they would make him run to the court everyday of his life. I would like to know, can they forcibly try to occupy our property when the matter is in court?? What are we to do in this situation when there is no one willing to even hear us?
Your advice would greatly help us.

Hi,
This is a tenant eviction case. I have won the case in small causes court. And the court has given a 3 months time for the tenant to vacate. The tenant has played a trick that he has vacated and i have given the house to some unknown party (while he is still in the house).
This unknown party has filed an application in the Small cause court and as there were no proofs the application was dismissed in the small causes court. He filed reversion petitions in High court which was dismissed too. He even went to Supreme court and the SLP was dismissed there as well.
Now he has further filed an application the small cause court which the small cause Judge (a new judge than the one who actually gave the order) has accepted it. There were arguments again on the same topic and the order is due. This process took more than 3 months now and even the order dates have been moved for last many weeks
My lawyer states that we need to file only update to Chief justice of Karnataka High court (while this is not an official complaint against the judge)
1. Can a judge accept the application to stall the execution even after some one has lost in all courts (Sc, HC, SC)
2.Is there actually a way to send the case details to Chief justice thru online . If yes is this not a complaint against the judge
3. What do you suggest in this case. The judge is delaying the case continuously and we have questions on the intention.

I recd ex-parte order from Bangalore 4th addl consumer court and filed an execution case(EA/38/2016) as OP wasn't responding. The OP was willing to pay the compensation in the form of DD against product return in the court. I demanded cash instead of DD to return product across or after encashing the DD,& promised that I will return the product. OP did not agree and the judge dismissed the case on 25/2/17.
How to appeal against & what is the time limit. Copy of dismiss order still not ready at court.

We work private Ltd company past 12 years, now we resignation, but they are given full and final settlement only Leaves on basic salary, But my question is before who quit the job they settlement on gross basis, but now they're give basic, we have others person settlement copy, what we can do.
Bouns also not paid last 12 years, how we can claim, please suggest me

Dear Sir / mam ; as my family is in bit of trouble regarding my brothers behaviour as he destroy everything In the house. We are of four members small family composite of two brothers ( both are not married) living with our parents. My fathers is govt. Employ. ; mother house wife ; brother ( physiotherapist ) and i'm architect / civil engineer. Seems like a well educated family .....except one member I.e my brother.
From last ; few years he misbehaving with us both my parents as well as me by destroying and breaking furnitures.
he is also use vulgure language with parents and me. Act totallly like drunken and mad person as he is not a alcoholic nor druggist.
The problem is we cannot understand what to do......as my parents already stopped me against lodging a complaint Becoz of social insult after complaint lodge. They are in a of trouble.
Please address me what to do ???

my late grand father's name spelling is different in different record and I have submitted all the record 1951, 1966 ,1971 voter data through Assam NRC website and latest voter list where it is reflected against my father's father name. but in Border SP office, Karimganj,Assam, India ..an office staff asking to get a certificate kind of something from local police station that the person name mentioned in documents was my grandfather and he was the same person as mentioned 1951, 1966 ,1977 voter data , I have alreday given a self declaration with required documents as asked by CID offcial and Investigation officer ..but still Border SP official is not accepting what the police station has sent them ..Pls advise
