My wife joined at ATOS - SAP authorized Training institute at Hyderabad in the month of April 2015. Wherein., we gave our complete details of my background Academics and the gap that has been there from 2006. Mrs. Sheetal-consultant had assured me that its not at all a matter of concern. Further., assured and gave commitment on provision of Job.
In this course she had informed us " at first the resumes will get screened by the recruitment team and after the recruitment team gives the acceptance then only the candidate will get admission into the course. And., as a next step she also said during the course a mini - project will also be allocated so that it can be kept in the resume. But when the course commenced the instructor said there is no point of any mini - project !!
Now the recruitment team is showing the same reason that I do not possess any experience.
Actually I joined in ATOS by paying 4 Lac rupees for not to having "experience"
Now almost 2years completed and we spoke to head of ATOS also. But their is no proper support / response from their end.
We need to get our money back from them. We don't have any hopes on them.
Request you to pls advice, how to resolve this issue.

Dear all
Recently some of my friends came across an issue created by our broker.
We gave him an amount of 25000/- for the booking of flat, on the bases of an understanding that he was going to provide the flat to us with a washing machine.
But now at the time of giving the deposit amount he's denying us to provide the same and informs us that canceling the booking will rrsult in non refund of token money.
Now we are in a situation of fraud, also we have the original receipt of the token money.
Main query- How can we get our money back??

My query is that I'm a landlord and I have some land... it's Agricutral... first it was joint but recently I did partition with the co owner..after the partition I was given khasra numbers in the khata in which I own the land.. now the issue is that I'm the owner of the land but the girdawri is in the name of the tenants.. since the piece of land is large so are the number of tenants.. im only the owner but the girdawri is in name of tenants.. I don't have any formal agreement with them as it all happened when I wasn't even born at the time of land reforms ..my question is that I want to eject them .. what are the basis that I can legally transfer the girdawri into my name as the tenants aren't agreeing..plz take note that the tenants aren't owners but girdawri is in their name from many years ..let's say over 20 or 30 years in some cases .. please guide me in details
If a whatsapp number is given I'd be extremely grateful.. please help thanks

Query about an agreement
Dear Experts,
We are three brothers(name A,B & C) out of which two(A & B) are married and one(C) is unmarried. The unmarried one has no source of income. There is a one property which is bequeath through father's will to A & C. Since C is unmarried, our father has written in the will that till C is alive he can enjoy, transfer, sell his share and after death of C, the full property shall devolve upon A and no other legal hier has can claim share in this property. B is given another independent property from father so he is not entitleed in property of A & C. Now in order to incur day to day expenses we ( A & C) want to enter into an agreement, so that any income (rental) arising out of share of A in common property shall be given to C till C is alive and after C, the full property shall devolve upon A or A's legal heirs. We(A & C) want to enforce somehow through an agreement that neither A nor C, could not get out from this agreement in future even if they change their mind in latter date.
Please suggest, if such an agreement is possible?
