How to change muslim name to hindu name?

Hello.

I am married to a muslim woman from last 1.5 years. We are living happily and our families had also agreed to our marriage.

But the problem is we live as a nuclear family in a city but belong to a village in other state.

My father has just retired from the army and we will be shifting to our village soon.

The Problem is that I don't want my relatives and friends in village to know that my wife is a muslim. If they get to know this there will be big trouble in the village or even a threat to our life.

To make sure that this doesn't happen I want to change my wife's muslim name to a hindu name. I just want to change her name and not her religion.

I want to know how I can do it, is it possible to change her name to a hindu name without changing religion? And if this is possible what is the procedure to do it and how much it will cost.

I would be really obliged and grateful to receive a reply.

Transfer to different location

I am working with a Insurance company located at Mumbai. Recently have received a transfer letter.

I am a single parent of twin daughters that are studying in last year. I am not in a position to leave them alone and take a transfer as their responsibility solely depends on me, neither I am in a position to move on with them at a location as that is totally new and may hamper my daughter's education as well as have psychological impact.

I don't want to get transferred yet continue the job at the current location.Either transfer or resign are the two options.

As my age is 55 years, I can't afford to lose the job after working for 10 years with the said company.

Please advice so that I get my transfer cancelled and I can continue with the same location. Thanks

Caste certificate need

Sir I don't have 1356 fasli and caste certificate of my father...But I belong to obc ...is there any way to obtain obc certificate.I just have address proof.

Obc certificate

do address matters in obc certificate or it's only caste matters.

as my caste comes under obc list in central government list from state of uttar pradesh.

as our whole family shifted from up to mumbai. we live here from last 20 years.

now question is that if i want to make my obc certificate which authority should i concern up or mumbai.

if i concern up authority then they will write address of my native place(uttar pradeh)on my obc certificate but i dont have legal document like voter id or aadhar card on my native address.

if i concern mumbai authority they are saying you r obc in central list from a state of up so concern there.

in short due to migration caste certicate address changes or not or address matters for caste certificate.

Maharashtra stamp (amendment) act, 2015-transfer of shares by way of gift

Respected Lawyers,

I am based out of Maharashtra, i, being the nephew, intend to gift shares of a listed company to my Uncle (partly) (My Mother's Brother) and my Aunt (partly) (His spouse), who are again based out of Maharashtra. could you please guide me as to how much stamp duty shall be payable, considering following points;
1. Does the concession in Stamp Duty cover transfer of Shares
2. Does the above mentioned transferor and transferee be called Relatives under the Maharashtra Stamp (Amendment) Act, 2015

Further could you please also guide me w.r.t. place of registration of Gift Deed in Maharashtra, Mumbai, in specific

Advocate fee - no case filed

I want to apply for divorce, so approached an advocate named XXXX. After telling my concern about my case, he and me agreed to Rs.40000/- as fees for entire case on 18-04-2017. On the day same (18-04-2017) i gave wedding card and a cheque for Rs.20000/- as he asked as initial payment (even when i refused to give the amount, he forced) and i told that whenver you are depositing the cheque kindly inform me. On 24-04-2017 he called me and asked whether to deposit or not, i told not to deposit. Again on 29-04-2017 he deposited without my intimation and messaged me that "deposited cheque". For the same i gave reply "kindly take back the cheque as i have transfer the amount to that account. He did not taken back cheque, due to that i have been charged Rs.575/- cheque bounce charges to my account. As such, he did not start any case work and draft of my petition also, but asking the full case fees in two installments. As this was not making me to give him case, so i finally told him some other than reason as i am withdrawing the concern for about file. After hearing this he acted with his colleague (lady advocate) and called her to the place where i was talking with him, she came and she was telling that all the paper work was over and filed the case, something like that. But they did not file or prepare any ground work also. But the Advocate is askingRs.10000/- as he gave the fee to lady advocate for filing, as such in the end of the situation only i saw her, even at that time also she is just lying for money. The advocate is having my Wedding card,Baby Birth certificate,my passport size photo, cheque (bounced).

Under what section/act fees is asked without filing anything of client.

I request you to kindly guide me in proper way.
