I urgently need the order and formats right from beginning i. E. Index... Synopsis... Etc.. And so on
The TV purchased by me valued about 50,000/- stopped working after 14 months of purchase i.e. just 2 months after the warranty period of 1 year was over. They are asking for Rs.40,000/- towards repair charges which I feel is too much on the higher side. They are not acceding to my request to bring down the cost which is affordable tome. No replies from them for many many requests. Is it advisable to file a complaint in Consumer Forum?

My brother filed for sect 9 to call her wife to reside with him in 2013. But she transferred her case from supreme court from Mumbai to lucknow. The ground for transfer was
1 she being a woman cannot travel alone due to lack of safety.
2 she has no relative in Mumbai.
3 she has no money to afford travel.
All of these are false
Can my brother reapply for retransfer to mumbai ? On what grounds and under what section

It is creating noise, air pollutions and health impacts..
We have petitioned about this to pollution control board , primary health etc.. Each time inspection will happen and government officials will instruct him to do proper measures.. But no action from his side..
Now can you help me by clarifying how can i file a petition in court, or what are the ways to make the poultry farm close..
I am purchasing my Adjacent flat.
Both the flats are separated by a Single Brick Wall which connects both the Living Area, I want to make a pass-through in the wall which connects both the living room..I do not want to break the whole wall but just a passage in between.
What are the requirements and how do I go about with these changes...
1) I have already asked an Architect to give me a written letter stating that the changes I do to the room are not damaging or effecting any Load Bearing Walls or Pillars or Beams.
2) I will give the Architects letter to the society notifying them about the changes?
What else has to be done? Do I have to take give a letter to the BMC? Bcoz I read that now there is no need to take permission from BMC for such modifications
sir, my wife has filed 498a, 406 against me and my family members. now she is ready for compromise and we have filed divorce by mutual consent.
please suggest whether we should go for quash of fir in 498a or quash of criminal proceedings and what is the difference between this. pl. advice as i am a government employee, and this matter is pending about 10 years. but yet evidence of my wife is not complete.

Fail to pay builder amount after registration of flat
Sir,
A salaried income Flat buyer paid initial amount expression of interest (EOI) and 10% of value of flat purchase paid to builder from his pocket. After that the buyer approached to the nationalized banks for home laon for Rs 6,00,000/- as the falt cost was 1.4 cr. The banks refused to give loan to buyer as he crossed 45 yrs. Age limit for the amount.
The flat buyer innocently registered the flat paying MVT and other taxes for total cost of Rs 900000/- as per the verbal assurance of support by sales team. The buyer estimated by planning to sell his native place asset and pay the balance and take minimum loan from bank which he is eligible for. Unfortunately the demonetization has blocked all transaction and no party at native place had come ahead to buy his assets. without reading the clause of flat cannot be sold for 2 years after registration agreement done. The builder send 2 notice for delayed payment and final reminder for cancellation letter.
The query can a builder register sales agreement with buyer without any pre approval sanction by banks for housing loan. Kindly suggest expert advice.
