I seek expert’s advise on the issue:-
1.Police registered a case u/s 509 IPC against my younger cousin. He sent a SMS to a girl’s father mentioning that ‘your daughter(with name) is characterless’. Complainant to FIR is Father. Can, in this case, father lodge FIR? Girl is not in contact from last 6 months.
2.Police is not submitting Investigation Report and also not giving Bail. How can police be forced to present it in court?
As of fact, there is political pressure as well as money involved in it. Therefore, police has detained him in custody for a day and made false complaint u/s 151 cr.p.c before district magistrate but bail is not given in FIR. It seems they have planned for harrassment.
Please suggest for remedies.

Hello sir, the temple is situated behind my home around 100 meter far. This is a residence area. and Whole day noise by temple Bell. We are irritation from it sound. Can we requesting application send to police station and one copy to environment department. Also disturbing old age and student also. Please assist.

My dad has a family land in Maharashtra which is shared with his two brothers and one sister. His brother died few years back and the widow re married and has a kid with the second marriage. Can she claim her share in our family property.

My grandma made a will but before registration she passed away and my father's elder brother filled a case challenging it can we execute the will any legal stand for it

Dear sir,
We are cultivating the land from past 30 years. but that same land not in our name ie our relatives name now they are not ready to come for sign and declaration in Asst commissioner office.
That is our grand father brother name.
Now the land value will be more because of that now they are denying.
Please help us how to register in our name ?
