Meri wife ne dv act mai case kara hua hai aur 2 bete bhi hai 4yrs & 8 months ka meri wife mere sath nahi rah rahi hai.
Aur parents ne apni self owned property mei se hum dono ko nikal ne ke liye permanent injunction ka case 2 saal se chal raha hai.
But my wife want to live in my parents house only & i allready living in separate rented home so please guide me what process should i go through so that i can save my married life.

If you want to save marriage, have amicable settlement with her and ask her to live with you.

Presently, you have no share in the self earned property of your parents.
