If Prosecution declares it's witness hostile, then what is the credibility of such witness. How can be it used for the benefit of accused.

Dear seniors
i am working in PSU company. i have give the RTI application to PIO for copy of report/complaint made against me. But, i was not given that documents on pretext of confidential letter. Than, i have filed appeal to appellate authority of the company,
But, i have been given the incomplete documents ( that means they have sent fabricated document. The complaint copy was in two page and end of the page there was an order/endorsement written by HOD which reflects how this complaint was disposed off. but, that portion is erased and send me the complaint copy only.
now already 4-5 month over, i want that complete copy now including endorsement. where should i give my next appeal.
who is liable for issuing fabricated (erased portion) of complaint copy.
That documents is very important to my another pending charge sheet.
please advise me.

Hi, a civil suit related to the property has been filed against me in 2016 in High court...the fact that the other party was aware of the agreement of the same property way back in 2008 and didn't contest the same for so long, and they decided to file it in 2016, does this fall under law of limitation and what are the chances that the suit will not be entertained
Awaiting your expert opinions

Dear Sir,
My late father had given 5 flats on pagdi
system. The tenants have then filed suit in court challenging my ownership and have stopped paying rent and maintenance after my fathers demise. There is no Will. Property is in the name of My Father and My Grand mother. When society was formed 2 years back, all share certificates for these flats were issued jointly in my and my brothers name. The share certificates do not have flat number mentioned though. what is to be done to recover the maintenance?
Best regards
