Respected Sirs,
Whether a person can be Karta of two Hufs in following given situation?
There is one(Ist) Huf coparceners being Karta named K, K’s son N, K’s daughter in law M, and K’s daughter P. This Ist Huf was made in 1990. N’s son J, N’s another son L became coparceners when they born in family in 1992,1993 respectively. K’s daughter P married in 1994.
Simultaneously, There is another (2nd or smaller) HUf at the same time Karta being N (son of K), coparceners N's wife M, N's son J and N's another son L. This (2nd) HUf was made in 1994.
Karta of Ist Huf i.e K died in 2002.
Can N being his only son can become Karta of Ist Huf, while keeping him Karta of 2nd Huf ?

One of my friend's father is a doctor practicing in Digboi. He has been arrested and Section 304 has been imposed on him.
he gavr medicine for dehydration to a girl and asked her parents to get her admitted, as her condition was bad. They did not admit her and the girl died.
Now he is arrested, the post mortem has not come yet.
1) Does the post mortem takes 15days, as said by doctors?
2) The lawyer says it will take 15 days to file for bail. is that so?
3) can the police arrest him without any proofs?
3) what should be the next course of action as he is a diabetic.

In N.I. Act: a petition was dismissed for default, then the petitioner filed appeal with 200 days delay.
My Question is : Is there any dismissed judgements to condone the delay in N.I. Act and tell me some judgements... Thank you

My father inherited agricultural land in Ambernath tehasil in Thane district,Maharashtra.My father expired in 1955.7/12 extract was in his name Chandrashekhar Waman Bhide,The land was transferred to my name Vijay Chandrashekhar Bhide in 1975.Some land got sold under land tenancy act(Kul Kayda).But some land is still my name and 7/12 extract exists in my name.My problem is when I was admitted to the school name registerd as Vijay Balwant Bhide and not as Vijay Chandrashekhar Bhide.We do not have any record of change of name of my father from Chandrashekhar to Balwant as it must have been done in 1940 to 1945.All my bank accounts,Pan card and AAdhar card are in the name of Vijay Balwant Bhide.I want to change the name on 7/12 to Vijay Balwant Bhide.Is it possible to do it?
We do not have any record of my father i.e. Death certificate,his graduation certificate or employer certificate.

In my certificates there is space between my names(murali krishnan) but in my id proof there is no space between my names(muralikrishnan) Is it cause a problem during document verification in govt sector?

One of my friends recently changed her name by undergoing a legal process. But lately she noticed a small typing mistake in the affidavit that she had used for changing her name after it was notarized. In one of the contexts, her son's name was supposed to be mentioned in the affidavit as her name in his birth certificate had to be referred. While making this reference in her name change affidavit her son's name was mentioned as “Prakash, K.” instead of “Prakash K.”
Will this typo in the affidavit cause any issues? Should it be corrected? If so, what is the procedure?

I have done mediclaim insurance in starhealth insurance on 27.03.2016 for 1 year for the first time.
During the policy period, i have got injured while playing cricket. the effect of the injury is hard dislocation in my right shoulder. Checkup up with doctor, doctor suggest to do athroscopy surgery which costed 1.52 Lakhs. I have submitted the claim to star health. they have rejected the claim saying that the MRI scanning shows the injury for existing before the policy made. Hence rejected.
but The right shoulder joint got little dislocation 5 to 6 years back due to fall on ground while playing shuttle cock. But it was normal, I could do the all the work.
I request your help and suggest me to get my claim from star health insurance.

As per rules for obtaining the NCL (non creamy layer) certificate for sons of PSU employees whose designations are not mapped to equivalent to those of central Govt employees, the wealth test shall apply. However wealth test criteria does not clearly states whether the salary & Agri incomes are excluded like in the case of central Govt employees.
I am a central PSU employee with salary income more than Rs 8 Lakhs / annum. There is no other incomes. Is My son eligible for NCL certificate. Please clarify
