A govt company selling coal to another company and raising bills and getting payment accordingly from the period between 2011-13 without imposing excise duty , and from 2011 Finance act made amendment and imposing Excise duty on coal , but the concerned company has not added excise duty on sale between 2011-2013 and now company has given notice to the purchasing company to pay differential amount on account of Excise duty ,,, Wht to do plz suggest

A woman dies in year 1982 without a will in estate leaving behind two sons and 2 daughters ,elder son single and only daughter is in possession till now,second sons three daughters are filling portion suit in year 2016.

I have purchased 1.25 acre land on the name of educational society to build school there , that land was used for agriculture , should I apply for land conversion also ?? Also do note that that land belong to gram sabha...land Does not come under any municipal corporation. Many are saying it is not required because now land is purchased by a society hence it is not a single person property means automatically it is commercial land , please provide me guidance , should i apply for land conversion or not and if yes then when ? Before building the school aur after?? Thanks in advance

I have a bank account with BOI. And some one transfer my account balance in idea money app and i am a victim of a cyber crime i give a application to police station but they not lodge my FIR only register a complain. In this bank also equally responsible. What shoud i do file complain in consumer court against bank or report a complain in police or both plz help me. Thanks

But, my father-in-law has filed false 498A and Domestic Violence case against me and my entire family at CAW branch located at Subzi Mandi, Azadpur in New Delhi. Sir my query is regarding PRAN card ( NPS account ) transfer:-
I worked in Kendriya Vidyalaya from nov.2010 to march 2013 issued a PRAN card under NPS scheme(NSDL) . Recently I joined state government job in same field with CPS(contributory pension scheme ) requiring PRAN from same NSDL , so my new PRAN( CPSN account) card is not opening citing reason that it already exists in online data base of NSDL.
Presently my PRAN is in active mode with freeze contribution.
1. Does i have a choice to cancel present PRAN, as premature withdrawal request ia already sent and submitted my original PRAN card to NSDL and then issue a new PRAN card for state government employer. (this is my first priority.)
2. I have communicated to NSDL NPS toll free number 1800222080 and they suggested two things in this regard…..
 I can opt for Individually operational choice of NPS account with the same PRAN with my nearest authority POP.
( This is my 2nd priority , but question arises that I am presently working with state government education department , so can I hide this information till I get my PRAN card (NPS account) transferred to Individual and then submit to my new employer, keeping in mind that after a month I have to quit this job as I have cleared exam for higher post in same state department .
 I can transfer my PRAN card from Kendriya Vidyalaya to my state government employer.
( How can I proceed with this choice as my original PRAN card is already submitted to NSDL. This is the last choice preference I want to opt.)
Sir please guide me regarding to my priority and my possibilities for above mentioned cases.

I am love with a muslim guy and i am hindu..our family was ready for the marraige under special marraige act..every thing was going fare ..but one lawyer ruined everything. he convienced the parents to go for islamic act and convert the religion of the girl other wise every thing will be destroyed..but my family dont want to convert my religion as according to them each one is free to observe their own faith..nothing is going well from that day ..after lots of trouble my family convienced for the marraige ..but now every thing have spoiled.please help me

My client after after 10 years of marriage now came to know that her husband already married earlier and suppressed this fact to her and her family members.Now he regularly tortured physically and mentally. I want to initiate complaint case against her husband....my questions is what are offences attracted and what other remedy ?
