My uncle was declared abscond in 2004 by the court. Can his wife and son claim a share of ancestral property of my uncle? As he is not heared from more than 7 years as per the section 108 evidence act .

received from an advocate notice in which i have been shown as respondent number 4
the issue is regarding posting transfer on rotational basis of one employee of our office posted from chennai to delhi
the employee does not want to go citing parent children problems and has represented twice
both the representations have been rejected by the HQ at delhi
the employee has hired an advocate to submit OA in CAT chennai in which 4 respondents have been shown
no court order has as yet been received for any hearing
however the advocate has said that case has been filed and first hearing is fixed for 10 july 2017
in the meanwhile transfer orders have been sent to the house of the employee for moving on transfer to delhi wef 01 july 2017 since the employee is not attending office since 27 jun 2017 showing himself on EL and Medical leave till 10 jul 2017
questions
do all respondents have to reply different counter affidavits
who will be the deponent if one counter affidavit is filed
what are the rules to be read kept in mind while filing CA
who is the govt counsel at CAT chennai for such cases

Serving testamentary citations in Mumbai is handled by office of sheriff . Since we paid huge ( rs 75000/-) as probate fees it was presumed that it covers the fees for belief's service .Ground situation is that the belief is not ready to serve citations unless paid for which is unrealistic
Tried to get facts from court ,sachivalaya but failed
Can anybody put highlight the facts for me & for public in general .

There were two brothers bearing a joint property they transferred the entire property on the name of laxmaiah and neelamma ( youngest bro and wife) ,I was born to the eldest brother but I was adopted by the youngest brother ,now daugthers of laxmaiah are claiming that the property belongs to them and denying my share from property,deapite all these I took all the responsibility of being the son and performaned my duties as a son all my parents are dead now and didn't leave any will,how should I proceed to get my right on property?

My sister's got married on 1983 my father did not leave any will behind ,do my sister's have equal rights on the property ?, because ntrs women's succession. Act was passed in 1986 .

Dear sir i have applied for ibps rrb officer scale 1 for arunanchal pradesh rural bank and after all recrutment process i have been alloted to arunanchal pradesh rural bank. But bank refuse to recruit any of the alloted candidate stating that we don't have any seat. Vacancy furnished by us was tentative. Please help me sir what can i do

Sir, my father borrow rupees 7 lakshs in 2012 from financier by mortgage deed. But he documented rupees 12.5 lakhs . Now he ask 12.5 lakhs with interest. Documents are registered. How we prove we buy only 7 lakhs.

My father passed away 11 months ago, he made a Will in self writing duly attested and with 2 witnesses singed. He grant his self acquired property's and assets to me ( 26 yrs) and to my elder brother ( 29) , we are two beneficiary's in that will. my mother is second wife to my father, they lived together for nearly 4 decades happily. My father's first wife deserted him long ago absconded my father with her only son ( my father's first marriage got him one son) just because he got TB. after that she filed a case in court and court ordered my father to pay monthly maintenance which he full filled perfectly until his demise.
My mother's name present in every legal document like ration card, aadhaar card, pension ( which she is getting now) , my father wrote in his Will that " my first wife and her son should not get any rupee because they are not present when i mostly needed them ( when he got TB). So at any cost my two children ( me and my brother) should be my legal heirs". we got legal heir certificate after his demise.my questions are:-
1st Q:- will there be any legal problem as my mother is second wife even though my father made sure we should get everything?
2nd Q:- we have a house but it is still in my fathers name, is there any problems arise from that point? should we change it ?

Hi Team,
In cheque bounce case u/s 138, the complainant of 70 years old, engaged his daughter-in-law ( enrolled as advocate) as his advocate and also executed a GPA infavour her to act on his behalf, as his son was not conveniently available to look after complainant's case.
my query is,
1. a natural person can raise a GPA?
2. an advocate can acts as GPA holder also?
3. if answer is either YES or NO for 2nd point, pls suggest me the appropriate citation.
4. as the client and complainant are belongs to the same family and are not the third parties, is there any act forbidden by law, if so, pls let me know the appropriate citation.
pls let me clarify these queries.

Cheated by Country Inn
Feeling Cheated and Harresed by Country Inn. We purchased Premium membership of Country Inn by Carlson which is now Radisson. We paid 12000 rs for it. It included complimentary 2 nights in the Ananta Udaipur and one night of Ananta Pushkar. When we tried to redeem them every time we were misguided. They replied, " The rooms are equipped and on renewal of the membership by paying more , the rooms may be available. " in the names of their "Rules" They created new issues every time from May 2017 to June 2017 as membership expiry is of June 2017. They didn't provide us the rooms and when we insisted a lot for so many days regularly, we were provided only one night in Jaipur.
When we have paid a year back then why are not given rooms as promised in the membership agreement. If they can't provide the rooms then why not refund the money.
They Harresed us regularly for 2 months. ....
Great Cheaters ..... Took money and now denying to provide services. ..
Even when once we went for a dinner in Mosaic of Country inn, Non veg soup was kept along with the vegetarian soup. We had never seen any non vegetarian things. Horrible. ..
. We mistakenly took the non veg soup untill one of us recognised it. We felt like vomiting or so bad but still we didn't create any scene and asked the hotel people to keep the non veg separately but they didn't do it..
