Restoration application in criminal pil

Respected Sir,
What is the time limit to file restoration application in criminal PIL in H.C. which had ordered dismiss in default?

Regarding e-filing / filing of income tax return

Sir, Could you please detail what is the purpose of Filing IT RETURN , As I have no Refund in my FORM 16 Or not deducted Excess Tax.
So, should I File IT Return , and If I do not File IT RETURN what are the possible Negative situation I can Face or arise?
I am an Employee of Private Limited company situated in Jharkhand.

Obc reservation

My birthplace is uttar pradesh. I got married in 2001 in delhi .my caste is in obc both state. In 2005 revenue department issued me obc certificate but now delhi service selection board and issueing authority cancel my certificate.becouse I am not resident from 1993 in delhi. I have every document from delhi for example voter card, passport , pan card, aadhar. I am permanent resident from last 16 year in delhi. What I do now please suggest me.

Service matter

Whether a "Probationer Trainee" is given the benefit of reservation under the "Ministerial Employee category" in the Junior Accountant Recruitment Examination 2013, while: -
1. The employee was holding the post of ministerial employee in the department under the State Government as "Probationer Trainee" and the employee had amended the application before the date of examination and the RPSC On the said date the employee's application was included in the ministerial staff category.
2. The appointment of the employee has been done entirely temporarily as it is a probationer trainee.
3. Employee gets fix remuneration
4. The employee holds a permanent vacant seat in the department.
5. RPSC has declared the said employee a success under the "Ministerial Employee category" in the Junior Accountant Recruitment Examination result 2013.

Please analyze the facts and tell me whether these employees are to be entitled for the appointment on the post of Junior Accountant Recruitment Examination 2013 under the "Ministerial Employee Category".

EXPERT RECENTLY I COME ACROSS SO MANY SITUATIONS LIKE THIS.

ONE OF OUR D.S.P MADE RULE IN THE CITY THAT NO MALE PERSON SHOULD GO ON ROAD. AT 8 AM TO 10.30 A.M AND 4 PM TO 70PM

RECENTLY TWO DAYS BACK DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF UIDAI(ADHAAR) ANNOUNCED THAT 25000/- ADHAAR ENROLLMENT ENGENCIES SHOULD BE SHIFTED TO GOVT. PREMISES? ACTUALLY THEY HAS OUST SOURCED TO COMPANIES SOME UNEMPLOYED MAKE IT AS THEIR SELF EMPLOYMENT,

DOES OFFICER OF THE UIDAI HAS THE RIGHT TO SUFFER THE THOUSANDS OF PUBLIC WITH JUST A ORDER?

THE ENROLLMENT AGENCIES ARE PRIVATE ONLY. LAKHS OF UNEMPLOYED MAKING THEIR BOTH ENDS MEET THROUGH THIS. ENROLLMETN CETER LIKE INVESTED 200000/- RUPEES NOW HE ASKED TO SHIFT THE CENTER TO PUBLIC PLACE LIKE M.R.O OR COLLECTOR OFFICE.

THE REASON THEY ARE SAYING IS THAT SOME OF THE ENROLLMENT AGNENCIES ARE TAKING MORE THAN ACTUAL PRICE SUJESTED BY UIDAI.

Regarding my service

I have been appointed as tutor in a govt medical college on 17.12.2009.at the time of my appointment it was stated that purely on temporary basis with consolidated pay of 15000. And Until further order..after a year or so revised pay of 16000 and 17000 was given to me in subsequent years.then our salary has been changed to 29000,30000,31000 as per revised 6th pay. I have been continued till date on the same cadre without any break or continuation order of the service with consolidated pay of 31000.I have served the institution for 7and half years without breaks and any black remarks..will I be eligible for regularisation of the service?or their anything like that institution head can remove me from the service?..my appointment was through walk in interview.

Power of attorney


A person had issued irrevocable power of attorney to some contractors for doing some contractual works issued in the name of executant.. The contractors were doing the work based on the irrevocable poa. In the middle of the work the executant died. So what is the status of irrevocable poa? What relief can those contractors get?

Multiple birth certificates

My son was born in govt hospital of my city B, in 2009. His birth certificate was prepared by hospital and muncipal councle of my city. I am possing the real and first birth certificate.
My ex-wife left home in 2012 and started residing in her city R. She got another birth certificate of my child from muncipality of her city R on the basis of false affidavit with changes in the name and place of birth of child. She used the false certificate for the admission of child in a school in her city R.
My divorce was finalised in 2014. I have obtained the copy of second birth certificate and her affidavit and application from muncipality of city R under RTI act.
I want to file a criminal case against her. Under which IPC the case should be filed?
