Insolvency Resolution Process has been initiated against ABC Limited by NCLT by appointment of Mr.Shah , Resolution professional. The period within which the IRP process is to be completed by Mr. Shah is in 180 days.
During this period the powers of Board are dispensed and all the powers of Board and Management vests in the Interim Resolution Professional as per Section 17 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016.
Mr. Jain who is the Company Secretary of ABC Limited resigns during this process and intimates his resignation to Mr. Shah.
Now the Question is that who will be filing the e-form DIR-12 for the resignation of Mr. Jain with ROC.
As there is no option in the e-forms provided by MCA for affixing the Digital Signatures of Insolvency Resolution Professional.
Whether the Directors can File the e-form by affixing Digital Signature of any of the Directors. During the continuation of this process?

We are buying a flat. For two car parkings, they are asking Rs 5,00,000/-
We are prepared to give this amount also. If this amount is included in sale deed, the registration charge of 6% is to be paid on this. Please clarify whether the CAR PARKING Facility is a "Property" or "Facility" which needs REGISTRATION under TP Act?
Can we pay this additional amount of Rs 5,00,000/- SEPERATELY (Against a receipt giving us the parking rights) and treating it as part of PROPERTY BUYING COST officially as we do not want to pay any money as black or without receipt or in cash at all.
Please clarify

Sir hmne Rajasthan state m meena caste se agriculture plot liye the 1998 me.chuki hm uski registry nhi krva skte kyuki hm obc caste me aate h. hme vha rhte 8 years ho gye h or mother ke name se bijli ka bill bhi aata h last 8 year as or hmara mkam bhi UIT master layout plan me aa gya h lekin hmara seller se kisi bat ko lekar vivad chal rha h or vo hme land return ki threat deta h so plz hme apse advice chahiye ki future me seller hme koi dikkat khdi kr skta h ya nhi

On point of jurisdiction u/ rule 7 order 10 I case was returned and I filed where the defendants resides. Now I am facing threats to my life besides far of distance and financial constraints and no income source I am facing difficulty in attending the case. My query is that for transfer of case from one district to another district I should approach High Court or Supreme Court. Please advice.

A registerd sell deed excuted by a step mom A to step son B 2001, to save a stamp duty area was shown 50x10=500sqft, in that particular gatta number she had her total share is 2400sqft , in sell deed she has mention that " in gata no. 20/142 hec. 500sqft my entire share i have sold" and boundary she has given of 2400sqft.in sell deed . on the basis of word "entire share " a mutation also done and her name was removed from revnue records , a house was built by a step son B on 2400sqft , she has given a notrial affidavit 2004 that she has given her entire 2400sqft to her step son though area mention less in registerd sell deed. till 2016 no problem was there but now A and her son asking share in 2400sqft. B is in possession on that land now commercial house was built on 2005 and fro 2005 that was rented to bank with agreement by B. please suggest what sholud B do.

The district court reserved the judgement for 26 may 2017,
before 26 may 2017 the judge who had reserved the judgement was transferred.
my query?
can the present new judge hear written arguements of the defense counsel even though he has already submitted written arguements.

Hello.I have withdrawn dowry case against my husband and in laws (given in writing to police) before charge sheet was filed .This was on the basis of agreement by both parties for mutual divorce mentioning amount and articles to be returned to me(on a particular date at qazi's place) Later they violated terms of agreement but on police's intervention paid the amount & my belongings.But as my husband absconded to saudi ,iam still waiting for divorce(khula) papers sent to him for signatures.But they are wantedly delaying to trouble me.
* Though i have written letter to withdraw case ,i did not take notice from the police of case closing.Now when i approach police,they are saying that case has been closed as per ur written letter.we are not responsible.It is crime that you haven't taken notice .when they contacted me through phone.I said i will take notice only when i receive divorce papers.Is it not compulsory to take my consent to close case through notice eventhough when i have written withdrawal letter?
what is the solution for this? Police officer was talking rudely to us when we approached for this He said itz not their responsibility now as the case is closed.

Name change by gazette notification is valid outside india?
If i have changed my name by "Gazette Notification" . Is it legal out side of India? I mean my degree certificates are with old names and my Passport is with new name. do i really have to change my name in all degree certificate? or if i attach Gazette Notification with degree certificates - with old names it will be enough while applying for Permanent resident Visa of any country or finding and doing Job in Software company?
Also if i remove Middle name and keep only first and last name is it OK? any where is it mandatory to put middle name anywhere in India or Abroad?
