Sir,
My late Grand Father (B) and his two brothers got partitioned their ancestral properties on 1945, the same was admitted and mentioned in their registered partition deed among my grandfather’s Elder Brother (A) and his sons in the year 1965, On 1948 after joint family partition B has purchased independently some agricultural lands in the civil court auction, during B life time before 1960 he independently sold those lands which he purchased in court auction except two survey numbers. Regarding those two survey No’s on 1986 A executed registered Gift Deed in favour of his daughter & son-in-law stating that he has 1/3rd share joint right without any right, possession and enjoyment, A never have possession and enjoyment at any time, Done tried for mutation in revenue records but they are not succeeded, entire revenue records stand in the name of B who paid land revenue tax, in possession & enjoyment since 1948, after demise of B his legal heirs on 1990 executed registered partition deed and allotted these two survey numbers to all of the B family members along with other properties and the revenue authority recognized our possession, enjoyment & 1990 partition deed mutated our names and issued Pattadar Pass Books, On 2005 done filed suit for declaration of title, right and asking Pass a Preliminary Decree for division of the suit lands in the A.P. subordinate court, now it is under trial and B younger brother (Died) (C) who was an advocate not claimed any property purchased by B in the court auction, the suit property still enjoying by us only

Ancester property, gift and will

A land and a house purchased by Great-grand-father, after partition among 3 through Court, my Grand-father got a part of land and a part of house. He has two sons and a married daughter. After expire of my mother (left 2 sons) and aunty (left one son and 3 daughter) my father and uncle re-married. By second wife my father has a son and a daughter and uncle has a daughter only. My father and uncle built their own home and living apart from us. After re-marriage of my father they forget me and after 15 years they forget my elder brother too. we are living with my Grand-father till then and my father is neglecting me and my brother too. I am employed but my brother is not. My Father and uncle has filed a TPS against My Grandfather, myself and my brother for partition of property in three equal part (1/3 for Grand-father, 1/3 for Father and 1/3 for Uncle) . My Grand-father was suffering from Lung Cancer. So I were busy in caring him and TPS filed by father and uncle went in Ex-parte. Grandfather applied to recall the TPS with his statements that The acquired land and property he got is his self acquired property and not ancestor as these property is purchased by his father.
Due to negligence of my father, my Grand-father has gifted his 1/3rd share of vacant land to me and my brother and due to ruthlessness of his both children, further my grandfather has made a Registerd Will for a part of land to me and my brother and house where we live to my brother. Due to my grandfather was suffering from deadly disease he passed away. He has authorized me as Legal Parvikar.

Legal process against harassment by a drunk person

Respected, Experts,
An acquaintance who got arrested by the police some month ago after lodging an F.I.R of molestation and outrages the modesty of a woman and got bail. This same person used to come to my home frequently and harassed me and my mother by using abusive words because she does not allow his misbehavior and even sometimes while he is drunk, his harassment becomes worse. Is there any legal process to stop him?
