Hi I am a Goan married to a Muslim Goan girl but our marriage was not legally registered we both got our nikha nama from a masjid now I want to divorce her I would like to know if she can file a dva against me in the court of goa to take legal action on me the people from our community will give me talakh nama as the religious devorce. Plz help. The girl I have married to had made my life a living hell plz plz do help

In the month of May 2017 my sister hired an maid service agency, which provided domestic helpers which charged 6000/- of annual fee with the proper contract. After a month the maid who was on salary of 3500/- for cooking as well as washing utensils informed that she won't continue the work and asked us to contact the agency regarding the same and ask for the replacement. The replacement policy of the agency was they will get new maid within 7 days. But it didn't happen I use to call them daily they gave me assurance that next day the maid will come. This continued for a month. Many a times they didn't even pick my call or reply to my email, I even sent them the letter by post about the complaint and asked for the refund. I never got the response.
After 20-25 days they replaced the another maid. After working for week she asked us to pay her salary in advance as she was in urgent need or else she would quit. By all the nightmare which I had to go through previously, my family thought to give her the money and keep her. But even after paying her salary she started demanding money every week so took around 100 or 500 likewise.
After some days she asked for more 2000 rps. Which my mom and sister refused to pay. She pleaded that her husband is jobless and don't go to work. To which my sister said ask your husband to do some or the other job but I won't give you more money. The maid went and later within an hour she came along with her husband who started fighting with us for not giving the money. And yelling in the society and accused me that I tried to molest that maid I.e his wife and threatened me to face the consequences and said will lodge the complaint against me. So even before he went I reached the nearest police station and filled NC.
The police asked us to call up the agency and ask them wether they have done the background check or police verification before hiring the maid to which the agency replied they didn't as it is not their job to do the verification of the maids. As I did research about the agency on Google the same problem has been faced by many who have posted negative reviews on the website. House Maid Services, Chembur, Mumbai
Now my question is:-
1.) Should I complaint against the agency in consumer Court or to the local police station ?
2.) The police has only filled an NC for my satisfaction, but shouldn't FIR must have been lodged against the person for threatening me and my sister to face the consequences and he was coming closer to my sister which is outraging the modesty of a women. He was even drunk.?
3.) Suppose if I go to consumer court I stay in Navi Mumbai and the agency is in Chembur. So which district forum should I approach ? To Navi Mumbai which is in belapur or to the agency address district ?

I want to know.whether apart from bank can a private person can advance money to an indivudual takin his or her property in mortgage,and which is the best form of mortage in such a scenario .
If any interest is charge upon the property,is it necessary that the person should hold registration certifiacte under money lender acts
Lastly,i want to know ,if instead of takin interest ,can the private person can ask for a lump sum of money after certain time
Whether to mortgage a property,any prior. Permission is required from the local bodies such as collectors office or patuaris office,

Our MC called for a special GB meeting within 1 month of AGM and decided that they will bar the tenants from parking their 2/4 wheeler and even bicycles within society premises, though there is adeqate open area for parking. Their argument is some tenants created nuicance by parking their vehicle in disorderly fashion.
Is MC's decision justifiable? Is there a legal recourse?

Dear sirs,
Recently in one case court declared that all the family members have rights on the property and given the decree accordingly in the partition suit but that property is not distributed technically for the exactboundaries. Now some other person is trying to occupy the property. How the injunction suit is filed on behalf of all the family members. Here some of the family members are not availble. They are nri's. Is one person is capable to file the injunction suit against the third party who is trying to occupy. If filed then is that suit is maintainable are not under non joinder of necessary parties??? Please advice me properly. Thank you

To fix a time limit in maintenance case
This is about the maintenance case filed in the year 2013 . I am the respondent (Party in person) and my wife and son are the Petitioners in this case. now i have the custody of my son for the past 2 years. during the trial of Maintenance case she has deported that she has left her matrimonial home on her own accord. the Case is disposed in favor of me. but she filed a RPFC in the High court by which it has came back to trial court for a fresh consideration. and now it is almost 8 months over it is being dragged unnecessary.
Can i file a Crl. M. Application to fix a time limit for disposal or can i file a quashing petition on the ground of natural justice, or any other way to end up this. what are the documents that i have to submit for the same
