Sir, I am a govt emplyoyee. I was charge sheeted on some case of common proceedings in aug 2016. I submitted my reply on time but the other officials have not submitted Thier replies due to this enquiry officer is not appointed yet. Due to this chargesheet my promotion was also deferred in last month. I requested the management many times but none has happened till now. Can I do a court case for this And if I do a court case against department will it create a negative effect on the judgement of my chargesheet. If my chargesheet will still pending when I will promoted acc to service regulations

I want a clear inform regarding transfer of 1st applicant name from joint account name as Vijaya bank has given housing loan keeping me 1st party and my mother in law as 3nd allicant as her age is 58 at the time of purchase of flat. Hence I request to delete my name as1st applicant and transfer to my wife's name as the payment is done ny mother in law. Hence request to give an idea to transfer my name from document sir

My elder widowed sister and I built a 2-storied house on her plot with equal monetary contributions and started living there in 2012. Separate electricity meters were installed. Neither did she give me any money receipts or legal papers to prove my co-ownership of ground floor of the house, The only piece of paper she gave was a letter stating the above and requesting that we sell the ground floor to her as we relocated to Delhi in 2010 till date. We refused. She has now sold the house to an unknown buyer without our knowledge and sent us money equivalent to the cost spent by us as a co-owner. A case was filed in the Alipore Court Kolkata but she never appeared for any hearing. An amicable settlement looked impossible. The case is now in limbo, Now that the house has been sold to an outside party the case, at best, can be treated as dismissed. While the land belonged to her the actual resale price of the house has not been disclosed. We feel she may have fetched a better price for the house as the land price in a semi-urban location would not fetch much. Please help.

Respected Experts,
Can a review petition be filed before the trial court itself against the conviction of judgement of the same court as there is an apparent error of law quoting wrong provisions of the section in judgement. Whether the quoting of wrong provisions of section in the judgement carries miscarriage of justice. Section 362 of Cr.PC restricts the corrections of clerical or l arithmetical error only. Please advice and oblige.

Dear Experts,
I am facing trial of DV Act filed by my wife. In this case she is seeking maintenance for herself,
She filed an affidavit stating that she is unemployed. Thus unable to maintain herself.
I counter this by filing Application of perjury u/s 193,195 and 340 Cr.P.C.with evidence like her Salary Slip with Salary A/c statement which shows that her salary is 35,000
But judge rejected the Application of perjury saying that because evidence is available that she is working so there is no need for further enquiry as prescribed u/s 340 Cr.P.C
Question:
But now it is proved that she willfully lied before the court. So, why not she should be prosecuted for that?

Mere dady police department me the unka service me death' hogaya yahan par bhi two wives ka problem hai but civil court se dono ku fifty fifty bolke aaya aur humne waisa hi kya, half half pension bhi aara (pf, gpo,funds ) humne second wife ku dediye aur compassionate ground job keliye humne comparmise kya aur woh maan bhi gaye ,
Problem yeh hai ki unka mandal alag hai aur hamara mandal alag hai, second wife ke mandal se family member certificate aagaya, mere address proof alag mandal ke hai woh mujhe no earning member certificate nahi dere toh mai kya karun plzzz mujhe idea dijiye

sir we are 4 brothers and five years back my father and mother were expired , my father earned two houses of 122 sq yrds and 98 sqyrds in their life time, now we want to distribute the above said properties equally, so is it comes under gift deed or partition deed, if one of my brother dont want to take property and equally he asked to give the amount equal to his share . if i want to take that share from him how can i proceed
