I got married in june 2016. Right from the day of marriage, my husband is telling me that he is not interested in me as im not beautiful. He used to tell me to buy expensive dresses, perfume, do makeover etc etc., I tried my level best but he says I don't have that rich look that he expects in a partner. He keeps taunting me that his cousin brothers' wives are all so posh looking and when he takes me out, he feels ashamed that my fashion sense is not upto the level. From the date of marriage till date he has not updated his facebook profile that he is married to me. He has not introduced me to any of his friends or colleagues or office mates. If I ask him, he will say that "when marriage breaks then it will be embarassing to remove the marriage details from facebook page". I was shocked at his attitude. I am educated, working girl but I dont understand what should I do. I asked him to buy cloths for me whatever he likes and I will give him money but he says "it should come from within to do dress fashionably and to look posh and refuses to help me". His behaviour was always weird as in he is always on whatsapp/FB and he doesnt go out. He has quit his job 2 months back and is absconding now. I am still in my matrimonial home with my in-laws but my husband is untraceable. My parents came down last month for talks but my in-laws are saying "our son is not a small child. We cannot beat him or tie him up inside the house. He doesnt listen to us. what can we do. we cannot run behind him. If u want you ask ur daughter to search and find him. If situation is good he will come back." like that. Last week, there was a notice to our house from a Bangalore lawyer stating that my husband has cheated a girl namely "Sanjana" promising to marry her and misused her physically and if my husband doesnt return the pictures taken with her she would file case u/s 354 against my husband. Immediately after this my in-laws said they are going to Bangalore. I asked them to take me with them but they refused. Now they have not returned and they have blocked my number and my parents number in their mobile phones. I tried calling from STD booth and to my surprise they are picking the call and cutting it after 2 seconds. I got itemized bill for my husband's last known mobile number from service provider and called few of his dialled numbers. His friends who are taking the call are abusing me with worst slang in Kannada. They are threatening to break my face and asking me "why are u roaming behind our friend. wont u get any other guy?u shameless woman! when he says he doesnt like u why are u after him.fuck off.if u come here we will give u nicely. u wont understand just words we will do u. dont put scene as if u r aishwarya rai." like that. Not just this, they abused me as bitch etc., over phone.Another guy says "u want a guy then come to me.why only my friend?i am not ok ah" After that I stopped calling them. I have recorded the conversations with those guys.I want to file case against my husband and these guys. Can I file case against them? Is it that I called them over phone so i can't file case against them for abusing me? I never planned to file cases on my husband but he abused me through some bastards and I cannot tolerate this. Please guide me so that I put the husband guy and his friends in jail.

I have exhibited a document/agreement the execution of which is denied by the opp.party. I have witnesses to depose in my favour. The opp. Party during cross-examination of my witness suggested that the signature on the document is not his. What shall I do now?

Dear sir/madam,
My wife has filed a complaint upon me in women police station. i was asked to come to the station.on meeting the inspector they asked to me come for counseling classes 4 classes once in a week.
already I had attended one class. But my wife is not at all compromising.
The reason for filing the complaint is that I had shifted my residence away from my inlaws. and my wife was not at all interested and she wishes to stay in their mothers house.we stayed in the new house for a period of one month but she stopped taking care of children and me.
but I was fed up and took her to their home and dropped her.
later on I had a quarrel with my inlaws regarding this. and they have now filed a complaint mentioning harassment and torture from me.
my children are with me only.
what should I do if the complaint becomes FIR?
will I be arrested in 498a?
what precautions should I take?

Respected experts....my dad is near 73 years and mother 68 .my parents have 2 sons...elder son and his wife are very greedy..they want my parents should sold their propertty and give them their share...due to which they filled a false dowery case and domestic voilence on me (devar) my father and my mom..and husband name is not in any case...my father wants to vaccate his homw from them...it is self owned proppety of my father.....my brother and his wife live in same building but in diffrent floor...they using our electricity and they do not pay any bills..i would really waiting for ur valuable suggestions...thank you..

I have missspropiate some govt money like rs 7500 due to error in account. I was suspended and then dischage me from duty. the post was casual in nature. I refunded money to government. I took place in july 2008 and repaid in 2008 but a FIR was registered in December 2009 and case us 420 was registered. My office was in under other police station station and my residence was under another police station, I never knew about the case suddenly in June 2017 I came to know that a case was registered and NBW is issued against me. What to do now1.According to charge sheet that Prima Facie is established but FIR lodge after one and half year without explaining proper explanation so it may indicate that there is vested interest of compliant.2.I assumed to not have hurt anyone physically, mentally,4.I never came to know about the proceeding as it might be the address which is mentioned F.I.R is not correct as my permanent and resident address available to compliant. Thus I am pleading that I was not absconding or evading the process of Law.5.I was not given any summoning by court or police, notice or any bail able warrant before thus I was deprived of any chance to defend me in the court. I think it is a violation of individual liberty granted under Article 21 of Indian constitution.6.Chance of my absconding of fleeing away from justice is nil as I am Assistant Teacher under Govt. of West Bengal my post is permanent in nature. Moreover I am married with two children one girl age, 14 other a boy age four and half years and a widow mother aged 59 to look after. I am a permanent resident of India and I do not have any passport. 7.Like hood of offence repeated is nil as I am not in same post.8.Investigation is completed and charge sheet submitted so there is no question of interfering in investigation.9.Possibility of tampering of witness is zero as I never came across the mentioned witness and not witness had complained in this regard.10.In charge sheet there is no mentioned that I would be required of any kind of custody for interrogation or any object is too recovered from me.11.I am having good antecedent and belong to good family and there is no criminal case is pending against them. Neither they nor I was convicted and went imprisonment before in any criminal case.12.Now I am a man of good moral and behaviour is good. My present service record is very good.Please help me in this matter. can get ab?

Sir I am given middle order of rs.5000 as 1400 for wife n rs.1200 each for 3 kids in domestic violence case n I am not able to do job as I am now at the age of 45 n moreover I have very bad medical reports stating that I have feet problem n I am falling down anywhere anytime so sir advice me how I reduce my burden for final order in domestic n 125 also pending against me

I had given around Rs 4 lakhs from my salary savings to my father and made a joint Fixed Deposit as Either or Survivor operation mode, where my father is the first holder of the account and I am the second account holder. But now I am in urgent need of the money to buy a flat, but my father is denying to give me the money, and declared that he will only withdraw the money after maturity (which is end of this year). Since my father is the first holder of account and is also possessing the FD certificate with him, I cannot proceed to withdraw the deposit after maturity.
Since I earned the money I am the rightful owner. Hence I want to submit an objection letter to the bank manager, asking him to hold withdrawal of the FD after maturity by my father, unless I am also informed. Please suggest how to proceed.
