Sir, I was working in a PSU for last 3.5 years and cleared the probation. After got selected in Central govt group A service though proper channel I resigned from there 4 months before. Now, Can I ask for lien rule to go back to PSU, however there is no such provision in HR manual there.

There was an FIR filed on my brother, me & my parents (senior citizen ) of Affair cheating & not marrying. We filed a quash. And also private notice as directed by court has been sent to 2nd Respondant (The victim, i.e the girl) asking her to appear in 2 weeks. But she didnt appear in the following hearing. But there was no Quash Order given, which we expected.
1. Kindly advice me the reason why again it was Quashed?
2. My Lawyer's junior said it till generally take 2-3 years for the Quash to get the order for Quash. Is it?

Hi experts,
There is old established union in company. Now 2nd trade Union is form with valid government registration no. But management is not responding to it from more than last half year.
What will be the resolution for 2nd trade Union which has low members than old one.

Hello Experts,
My query is, My grandfather's(Mother's Father) father had inherited some property in Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh. During 1984, The Government of India had acquired those properties(Lands) as per Land Acquisition Act for construction of Vizag Steel plant. However, on the date of acquisition by the Govt, my Grandfather's father had been dead. At that time, my grandfather had 4 brothers and 1 unmarried sister. The government had awarded compensation to the above mentioned six persons as their father had been dead in the form of lands under rehabilitation policy. The compensation had been awarded through issue of R Cards which specify the plot number and area of the lands awarded to each of the persons mentioned above. Now 2 months ago my grand father was deceased and it came to our notice that, the portion of land which he got as compensation from government was transferred in the name of my mother's younger sister. Is this legally valid? Is my mother entitled to an equal share in that property? What action can we take now?
Please help on this issue..

I am the victim of cyber crime some one transfer fund from my bank account without my knowledge. I never share my bank details to anyone. Its online fraud transaction. I inform the bank and police by formal application but they do nothing even not lodge FIR. what shouf i do? I come to know that i may complain to adjudicating officers under it act 2000? Help me to save my hard money .

I want to file a petition in High Court under RP Act. I have made all the other candidates respondents in the petition. Can i also make the Election Commission of India a party in the said petition ??

Dear Learned Experts,
We have a Charitable Trust working among people with disabilities, we have objectives to open schools, etc. Based on the objectives, we have opened a school which is a unit of the trust.
Now, we are appointing teachers for the school and would like to know whether an agreement should be between the teachers and Trust name of between the teachers and School name.
Please guide us in the regard

1.There were 2 partners in a firm which has started in 1980.
2. one lady entered in a partnership firm as a partner in the firm and at the same time one partner retired.
3. it is written in the deed that the retiring partner is not taking anything from the firm , and all the old liabilities will be taken care by the continuing partner.
3. AS soon as the old partner retired within 2 months, the continuing partner has ran away and not traceable.
4. There are many old liabilities which are not settled and all the creditors, employees , govt officers are giving trouble to the partner who has just entered.
5. it is found that the old partners had opened personal accounts and have transferred the money recovered from the customers to their personal and joint accounts.
6. The old partners are also indulged in arranging FAKE C forms.
7. They used fake address of one of the partner also.
What the partner can do because she is lady and really in financial and mental trouble .

Not filling of counter affidavit in high court
SIR/MADAM,
MY ADVOCATE HAD FILED WRITE PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT AGAINST MY NEIGHBOR AND MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTIONS IN AUGUST 2016
MY NEIGHBOR ADVOCATE HAD FILED COUNTER IN OCTOBER 2016, BUT STILL MUNICIPAL CORPORATION STANDING COUNCIL WAS NOT FILED THE COUNTER.
6 MONTHS BACK MY ADVOCATE TOLD ME THAT, CORPORATION STANDING COUNCIL WILL FILED THE COUNTER AFFIDAVIT ON THE DAY OF HEARING OF THE CASE IN THE COURT.
ON 01..06.2017 MY CASE WAS LISTED, BUT DUE TO CHANGE OF JUDGE , AFTER SUMMER VACATION MY CASE WAS NOT CAME FOR HEARING AND NOW IT WAS SHOWING IN THE HIGH COURT WEBSITE UNDER CASE STATUS INFORMATION AS CASE IS IN ONWARD LIST.
STILL TODAY MY CASE WAS NOT CAME FOR HEARING, AGAIN I ASKED MY ADVOCATE THAT WHY CASE IS NOT COMING FOR HEARING, HE HAD INFORMED ME THAT DUE TO NOT FILLING OF COUNTER BY CORPORATION STANDING COUNCIL MY CASE WAS NOT COMING FOR HEARING. ONCE HE FILLED COUNTER THEN ONLY CASE WILL COME FOR HEARING.
IN THESE REGARD PLEASE INFORM WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT TO FILE COUNTER IN THE COURT OF LAW
IF COUNTER WAS NOT FILLED FOR MONTHS AND YEARS, HOW WILL CASE WILL COME FOR HEARING. WHAT IS THE REMEDY PLEASE INFORM.
