Unclaimed summon and ex-party order

Hi,
i would like to know about the meaning of "Unclaimed Summon".
i am divorcee and after my divorce my wife filed for maintenance 125 to Family court. and Family court order is for me because she had 2 master degree and able to earn money, and there is no reason to left my house. So Family court ordered that not to pay maintenance to her. i got divorce on same point that there is no reason to left my house.

now i am not staying in my native place and nobody was there. but i heard that she had again filed another case to Civil court and the summon had returned back as "unclaimed" and judgement had given as ex-party. i have to pay maintenance now.

please suggest me:
1. at this situation, what i can do against this judgement?
2. where to file? please guide me

Sir,
We are running an institution under a society. We have availed loan of Rs 11.50 Crores from a co-operative bank. Our repayment was regular upto march 2015 and we have repaid approximately 12 Crores ( Principal+interest) till 2015. There was fall in admissions and on 16th July 2017 we have been served with a notice under section 13(2)
Bank has issued notices to all the members of the Society and to the guarantors. Now what is the immediate remedy.

i was declar3e as exparty in execution the court had attached my saving account inwhich my pension is crediting you are here with requested to let me know what action i have to take

Validity of new management committee

I am staying at Malad Mumbai, our society old committee which was elected in feb 2011 and non of the committee members were signed m20 bond. this clause was removed since sep 2012. but was compulsory before. now the same committee submitted new committee election letter to the registrar and registrar has authorized his officer for election of the new management committee. but as per the rule 58a of MCS act, if working committee which didnot sign the m20 bond becomes disqualified from the 45 days of the appointment and dont have the right to call to new election. if they call election, newly elected committee also becomes disqualified as per the rule. we tried to make officer to understand. but still he is going with the new committee election. kindly suggest your views. is it okay being registrar is involved in the process of election.

Extension of probation period with giving notice to employee

Hi
I am Working with a company based at Gurgaon from last 15 months , as per my appointment letter notice period condition as below.
1. You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your commencing work, but if the management is not satisfied with your work and conduct, your services shall be liable to terminate with one month notice at any time during the probationary period. This period of probation will be liable to such extension(s) as the management may deem fit in its sole discretion and unless an order in writing confirming you is given, you will not be deemed to have been made permanent.” and confirmation notice will be three months.

Now I had resigned from position due to harassment by a Sr. Person stating same in resignation letter and giving three month notice but company is forcing me to serve only one month notice , as I am not a confirm employee.
I had not received any communication about extention of my probation or my poor performance.
Please suggest can suit a case against company.

Plot area is under disputes

Sir/Ma'am,

I am K.Nageswara Rao from Andra Pradesh. I purchased a 5 cents plot (in 2 acre divided plots) and built house with pf money when I retired 3 years ago with out knowing the land history.

History of the land
It is 2 acres comes under semi Industrial Category that belongs to Three brothers. One brother died when his son is a minor. The other two brothers sold the land to a real estate person without the first brother family consent. So first brother son now attained 18 years and filed a case. The case is running now. In future after the verdict (+ve or -ve) what will be my position.

1.Whether 2 brothers give money to First brother family (or)
2.First brother family grabs our plot (or)
3.As Houses are built whether Court orders us to give land value to First brother family

Maintenance charge for flats in apartments

Dear Sir,
I have a flat in Hyderabad. The society here charging monthly maintenance charge as per size of the flat. The fee includes all changes like security, water, house keeping, and amenities like swimming pool and gym etc. Since I hold larger size of the flat I end of paying much higher than others who use same amenities. I know in Maharashtra there is an act on maintenance charge calculation. Please let me know if there is any similar act in Hyderabad also. Here I feel that majority of the smaller flat owners are exploiting minority of larger flat owners by paying less but using same amenities. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

case u/s 59 of limitation act 1963

A sold plot of 250 sq.yard toB.B sold the plot stating 175 sq.yard in sale deed.to C but giving possession of 250 sq.yard in the year 1990.C subsequently sold the said.plot in possession of 250 sq yard to D with 10 rooms constructed in it by stating are if plot 250 sq.yard..Son of B filed suit under article 59 of limitatiion act 1963 praying ti cancel sale deed between C &D dt.20.12.2000/pleading that C&D had ftaudently sold 75/sq.yard .which belongs to him.
My query is whether B pleads that these facts are known to.him only.in2010 and filed suit under above article on 9.10.2010.So what is the fate the case.I am D in this suit. Suit us file against C &D.
