Hi Experts
Please guide me the calculation of stamp duty payable for the property I am renting out at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The property is under UPSIDC jurisdiction. The monthly rent is Rs. 55000/=, Security Deposit is Rs. 165000/= and renting period is 3 years.

Sir/Madam.we pay handling charges @per bag to a group of workers for agricultural produce being purchased in market yard, rate of payment i s Decided by Labour union , Amc and traders , payment amount may be some day 20000 or more , and some day nothing , now how this payment will be treated weather wage or Labour charge

Hi my husband is working in a french based investment bank, 2 months back he was sent on some project on-site in Luxembourg for 2 months when he was about to leave , he was asked to sign a bond and told you have to 50000 thousand if u leave organization before 1 year from now. Now he got the better opportunity and ready to serve 2 months notice and ready to pay 50000 but now they are saying you are liable to pay entire trip cost somewhere around 10 lacs. Where in the agreement it is mentioned that liability of the damage and cost to the company will be not less and more than 50000. They contradicting their statement and trying to confuse and scare us. Please suggest, my husband doesn't want to lose new opportunity becos it is like once in a life time..pls it's urgent

Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Afternoon to all, Hope you all doing well.
My Grand-Mother went missing since 26 July 2004 and those who eventually heard her not heard her in last 13 years of journey. My grandfather also died natural death in year 2005.
My father with other natural legal heirs like her son & daughter filed Civil suit into District court for declaration of her death after 7 years of her missing report. Civil court rejected the matter since no one was there in opposition and cited reason that they don't have judicatory to decide on the matter & even review was rejected into district court.
We decided to appeal into high court and made party to state government ( As they refused to remove name of my grand mother who went missing from 7/12 with-out civil court orders). Recently high court disposed the appeal and guided file fresh case by making State government as opposition party and take appeal again to district court.
Now since she is missing since last 13 years, we have below two problems in-front of us and need your expert suggestion on the matter.
1. What is the way ahead for us to make appeal into District court as same has been already rejected?
2. Is there any way by which we can get her name removed from property owner-ship so we can sell this property to third person? Request your input.

Dear Judges, Lawyers & Subject Matter Experts,
Overview:
1. Grandfather & Grandmother have jointly bought a property in 1987 (self-acquired)
2. Both executed a will in 1997 to the following people:
a. Children of 1st son (me and my brother, my father wasn't given a share in the will)
b. 2nd son
c. 3rd son
3. Grandmother died in 1997
4. Grandfather executed a partition deed in 2005 to same parties
a. Children of 1st son (me and my brother, my father wasn't given a share in the will)
b. 2nd son
c. 3rd son
5. Grandfather died in 2005.
6. Party (a. me and my brother's) dad has 2 wifes second marriage in 1990s and they have a son from his second marriage who is aroun 28 yrs now.
7. We are expecting some money from compulsory land acquisition
8. My dad second wife and son have filed a case disputing that the partition deed is incorrect and they are claiming 1/3rd share in (me and my brother property)
9. The land is self-acquired by my grandfather and I think my dad's illegitimate wife or son wont have any rights over the property.
10. They have filed a OS and have given a letter to the land acquiring authority to stop the payment though they have not got an restrain order from court.
11. Can the land acquiring authority hold back our payment.
12. We will pursue the case but can the OS be quashed on grounds and references of previous judgements.
Please provide suggestions/advice and help in this regard. References of similar cases previous judgements will be highly appreciated.

Dear Brothers,
Could you please give your expert opinion.
A Civil Suit is pending in the court of senior civil judge, defendant has deposed false statement on oath that he has worked in xyz company but not providing any proof, actually he never worked in said company.
I want to know whether I can file an application under sections 181 & 182 OR 193 PPC against the defendant in this civil court or is there any remedy / option available.

Dear sir, I filed a complaint u/s 120b, 147, 342, 347, 348, 380 and 447 IPC against following accused 1. Accused A, 2. Accused B, 3.Accused C, 4. Two unknown and unidentified person in the uniform of police sub inspectors along with 4 other police personnel, 5. 8 to 10 other unidentified person. The complaint was dismissed by the magistrate hence a criminal revision preferred by me and in the criminal revision all the above accused i.e. accused 1 to 5 are made opposite party. Three of them who are named in the revision as well as in complaint were summoned by the court and these three accused has appeared in the court. Serial no. 4 and 5, who are unidentified and unknow person can not be summoned. The lawyer of the oppisite parties no. 1 to 3 has raised an objection that the opposite party no. 4 and 5 have not been summoned hence the proceedings of criminal revision is vitiated and the revision should be dismissed. My question is that: 1. Can the unknown and unidentified person be not made party in criminal revision? 2. Now, when these parties have been made party what will be the impact on the criminal revision. 3. Is there any way to ractify the mistake, if any or any amendment may be filed. Please help.
