Ours Condominium in Pune is having 12 apatments. Would like to know about non occupancy charges applicable as per by-laws for our Apartment registered by builder under MOFA Act 1963 & Maharashtra Apartment Owners Association Act. Will it be at the same rate of 10% of Service charges as per Govt. Of Maharashtra's circular for Co-operative Hsg Society.

I started a layer farm business with my cousin as partner and shared the investment 50-50 and took a loan together of Rs 90 lacs. we had a account in same bank from which loan was taken and every time of withdrawal he needs my signature. For some time everything was good but after few months he sidelined me and opened a account in a different bank and keep operating individually and took all profits. He did not share profit with me and i did not get single penny from this business. initially i ignored things as he was my younger cousin in relation but things got worse when he did not pay even the instalment of loan and i paid 32 lacs of loan to regularise the loan account. I have left going at business place but still on paper we are partners and i am feeling cheated and used. what legal action i can take in this matter. please suggest.

Could you please give your expert opinion.
A Civil Suit is pending in the court of senior civil judge, defendant has deposed false statement on oath that he has worked in xyz company but not providing any proof, actually he never worked in said company.
I want to know whether I can file an application under sections 181 & 182 OR 193 PPC against the defendant in this civil court or is there any remedy / option available.

Dear experts,
we have a partition suit pending in the court between me and my brother in Andra Pradesh,My brother is staying in US, but his co brother is entering into our combined properties and creating some troubles to me.so I am going to file an in injunction suit before the court,do i need to request the court to give injunction order on my brother or my brothers co brother? please suggest me...
if i get the injections order, will the court send the notice about the injection order to my brother? if yes, which adress do i need to provide to court to server the notice? do i need to provide the address where my house and lands are located? or do i need to provide my brothers US address? please suggest me on this...
My brother's co brother is saying that he got power of attorney from my brother, so that he is entering into our properties,is that fact? is any one can who are having power of attorney from one share holder can enter into the combined properties?

I am married for about 4 yrs.I was being forced to give money prior to my marriage.i resisted this for a number of times but then because of fights and emotional blackmailing and abusing I continued giving money.in this Jan 2017 When I was 8 months pregnant I stopped giving him money than he called up my family n said ki aake le jao isse,m iski responsibility nahi utha sakta,my family said ki tum chod jao hum lene nahi aaenge to he pushed me out of his home.Then thing settled a bit I continued living with my husband again till my delivery but he n his mother made it hell for me,there was no grocery,no milk for me.after seeing all this I decided to come to my parents place after 10 days of my delivery after consulting my dr as mine was c-section delivery.I thought everything will be fine after sometime but then my husband shifted the flat and he is not giving me the address and keys of my house .He and his family is constantly pressurising me to give my salary to them only then they will allow me in.Ab mujhe darr lag rha h ki kahin ye log mujhse mera baccha bhi Na cheen le to is case mein mujhe kya krna chahiye.As my maternity leaves are about to end what should I do now.

I have query regarding date of cause of action in suit. Is there any supreme court judgement which explain that date of cause of action can be different. In given case, one party may have different date of cause of action while other have different date of cause of action.

Sir, I am a permanent(probation has been cleared) Central Govt. employee with GP Rs2800/-. now I am Selected on a higher post with GP 5400/- in Rajasthan Govt by Direct recruitment, I was applied for this post through proper channel. there are a rule in Rajasthan Govt. that they are given fix salary as Rs. 21800/- for the New selected probationer for 2 year. My current salary is approx. Rs. 50,000/- in cent. Govt. and I want to avail Pay Protection in new post i.e. in Rajasthan Govt.,
Kindly help/inform me that in rajasthan has any rule for Pay Protection of an serving cent. govt employee
