Pan linking with aadhaar-date extended

The Income Tax Department has issued Press Release on 31.07.2017 that for the purpose of e-filing return, it would be sufficient as of now to quote Aadhaar or acknowledgement No. for having applied for Aadhaar in e-filing website. The actual linking of PAN with Aadhaar can be done subsequently, but any time before 31st August, 2017.

It has however, been made clear that the returns will not be processed until the linkage of Aadhaar with PAN is done.

Extension of date of e-filing beyond 31.07.2017

Date of e-filing of Tax return has been extended up to 05.08.2017, as per the press release from the Government of India. Link posted below:

Aadhaar Card outsider Got Made at Our Address

SOME ONE GOT HIS AADHAAR MADE AT OUR ADDRESS:
A dhobi, right in front of my brothers home, was given only the house gate key to facilitate electric meter reader to read the meter as house was locked for almost 10 years with our selves visiting five or six times a year... now we have taken the key back from him as we are renting it out.
We learnt that subject Dhobi got the Aadhaar Card for himself as well his family made at our address while he has his own home in village nearby.
Please let us know the implications and our line of action. How can we approach the Aadhaar authorities to submit our problem?

Indian constitution

Good evening Friend's

My query is one school in Chennai wrongly printed 14 th of August is independence day instead of 15th August in their school students dairy. In their school there are 2000 and above students studying . Has the school commited any wrong as per Indian constitution ? Can I take any legal action or there any way to rectify it ? Kindly enlighten the issue plz

Dear sir
Complainant sent four notices to the accused. The accused received three notices in same address except one notice.
That notice endorsed not found in local residence. now the accused stands non receipt of notice

NI Act related query

One legal problem.
Employer takes undated signed cheques from employee while giving the appiontmet .later on when employee leaves he fills the date amount in liue of notice pay and present in the bank and get bounced and after that filed the case in NI act under sec 138 and recovered the amount as desired by the employer.
My question is to wheather it is correct legally.
What is the protection of employee's.because of unemployment problems person gives the cheque and take job for bread and butter.
Secondly now a days this is become regular trend of employer .
How to get rid of this.
Could any one bring this problems to the finance ministry for relaxing NI act specifically where the employer and employee relations exists.
Requests all professional if they know some decided case in favour of employee ,pls let me know.
